Imagine if Lebron James pulled a Michael Jordan and left basketball for another sport. What sport would he go to and give me his projected stat line.

I think he'd go to the Cleveland Browns and be a better version of Randy Moss or Larry Fitz.

1400 Receiving Yards. 17 Touchdowns. 300 Rushing yds. 5 Rushing touchdowns.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvmALPg9Cmk&feature=related

The dude would be like Calvin Johnson, bigger, stronger, faster and could jump higher than a lot of DB's in the NFL right now.

he'd be a great receiving tight end with his size ala Antonio Gates. but what about defense? he can also play linebacker with his size or a defensive back with his speed.

If you ask me Lebron would not last in the NFL. Every time someone makes contact with Lebron on the basketball court he lays on the ground for 5 min and holds wherever he got hit. I think one big hit from the likes of ray lewis and lebron would be down. Unless he is faking it every time he goes down in the NBA to be a drama queen.

That way, he can eat all the cucumber sandwiches and drink all the tea he wants. Then he can get endorsements for them as well.

Oh really? Calvin Johnson is one of the few comparable specimens and he's panned out nicely even playing in Detroit.

At 6'8 he would be the tallest WR in the league. At 250Lbs he weighs more than the average LB, so what 200 CB or 220 S is gonna be able to stop him? Add in his vertical and he's unstoppable when it comes to anything thrown high. He also has huge hands.

At 6'8 250lbs and 4.4 speed he could be a scary LB in the league or maybe even safety.

In the even that he wins 3 titles in a row, I would love to see him go get a super bowl ring and then come back.
It would probably make him the greatest pro athelte ever.

Volleyball would be a good sport for any athletic ball player

NBA Volleyball Team:
Outside (Power) Hitters - Lebron James & Travis Outlaw
Middle Hitters - Dwight Howard & Tyrus Thomas
Opposite (Weak-Side/Left-Handed) Hitter - Josh Smith
Setter - Vince Carter (Captain of his High School V-Ball team)

right because a 5'11 200lb CB is gonna be able to hurt a 6'8 250lb WR

^ Just becauses hes taller and bigger doesnt mean he wont get abused, im sure if he actually did join the NFL people would try to tackle him even harder, just like if he joined the NHL, everybodys smaller than him, but they would still beat the crap out of him

but IMO, Lebron James would be the next legendary Cricket player, lol

He'd get tons of endorsements, and we'd see commercials of him every 5 min. on how eating cucumber sandwiches can get you fit and how drinking tea could make you a smarter and better athlete!

Yeah tell that Brian Dawkins or Ed Reed. And a CB would really cover him... Not like someone would put a LB on him.

I would dare to see him come over the middle against one of the Steelers or Raven's linebackers.

Raven's linebackers.

Who would cover him?

Very few LBs are fast enough to cover Lebron (and those that are fast enough are much shorter and weigh less than Lebron), but yeah they could put a good hit on him over the middle, just like they could on Fitz, Calvin Johnson, TO, etc. At 250lbs Lebron weighs slightly more than the average NFL Lb

CBs and a few safeties are the guys running 4.40 and under but they will have their hands full with a guy who is several inches taller and several pounds stronger.

In the NBA he is paid better with less injury risk. He also has a longer opportunity to earn top $$$ and the endorsement deals are better in the NBA because of shoe deals. Less risk for more reward
