I started this thread because, Mike Tyson is one of my favorite fighters of all time and i am always curious to see what hes been up to.

so does anyone have info on Iron Mike? like any info what so ever, doesnt matter?

i still think he should take a year and train super hard, and get back into fighting for a couple of more years, if he took it serious i think he could do damage. and help pay off his debts.

With the state heavyweight boxing is in right now, he could probably make a Foreman styled run if he had the focus and coaching he needed. While I'm sure hes lost alot of his speed to age, he could add more muscle than he had in his prime and become even more of a power puncher. Still, that lose in speed would cause major problems for him in closing distance. I'd be intereasted to see it, but I doubt it will happen. Rumor has it he was training for the UFC for years, but he seems to have calmed down his life at this point.

yeah after i saw him in the hangover and recent pictures, it looks like hes not training for anything.

i know he could make a comeback if he was serious. because i am sure he needs the money, and he could help boxing comeback, heavyweight division especially.

he should put some money into good quality trainers and focus on training fulltime for boxing, i say he could have abotu 3 years left of good boxing left in him/

Watched it last nite.. wasn't great but a good watch. Tyson in his prime was an utter monster. One of the scariest humans alive..lol Listening to him now, recalling his heyday, is completely engrossing. Such a conflicted, torturted soul ... one of the most intriguing performers ever. Plus listening to him recall fighting w/ a burning case of gonorrhea is worth the DVD rental :D

If you thought Mike Tyson in his prime was a beast, imagine if Cus D'amato hadn't died.

Everyone is so amazed by his power that they don't even realize how insanely sharp and perfect his technique was.

His speed and his defense was the most impressive things about him and it annoys me when everyone talks about his power.
