My personal favorites are: Madison Square Garden, Staples Center, and the United Center. Golden State also has a great arena, it seems like a fun college type of atmosphere.

To answer your question, Staples is the best of the 4 you named...

Orlando is building a new arena so i don't think they should count anymore, plus it's an ok arena but too small

I'm just going based of the court and sidelines since I've only been to the UC.

Really like the Magic court and the Bulls, well that's classic.

Never been a fan of the Celtics and the Lakers have purple lanes which is not my taste.

Why have you only factored in 4 teams in the poll, which seem to be one of the media centred NBA destinations?

No offense, it does not seem thread worthy if you only put four quote on quote "popular" franchises for us to choose which arena is better looking. Why not put all the arenas in the pool, what if some people like the IZOD Centre (LOL for example) or the ACC?

Doesn't prove justice for the 'full' NBA community on PSD.

My personal favorite is MSG but that's a given

I voted for MSG and I'm a bulls fan. Just thinking about the United Center's location makes me dislike it. I dont see how he can replace MSG's wood ceilings. It looks so cool when you're there.

Don't get why Amway Arena is here. It's only got one more year left, and isn't anything special in the first place.

I voted for MSG. It's the Mecca.

I've been to the staples center and it's pretty nice, but I've never been to any of the other arena's. But if I had to pick a second choice I'd say the united center.

In 2005, 2006, and 2007, Conseco Fieldhouse was ranked the No. 1 venue in the NBA according to the Sports Business Journal/Sports Business Daily Reader Survey. In 2006 The Ultimate Sports Road Trip reaffirmed Conseco Fieldhouse as the best venue in all 4 of the major sports leagues. “The Ultimate Sports Road Trip has recently concluded a re-scoring and re-evaluation of all 122 franchises in the four major sports, based on our personal visits to each of the teams in a journey that began in 1998. Based on our criteria, Conseco Fieldhouse has once again withstood scrutiny to be named the “best of the best” in the four major sports. Everything about Conseco Fieldhouse is top notch, a sparkling venue in a sparkling city," said Farrell and Kulyk

Obviously gotta go with the Garden haha.

But I absolutely LOVE dim lighting. Hence, the Spurs arena and Staples center are places that I adore.

Somebody posted up Conseco Fieldhouse above. The Hoosiers type scenery is just AMAZING, I really want to go there someday.

Pretty sure the new Dallas Cowboys stadium is gonna beat CF when they do their trip again.

Ive been too Staples for 2 Clipper games and 1 Laker game. And that place is massive. It gets my vote. Ive been too United but for the Hawks, never actually been too a Bulls game, which is surprising for how big of a fan i am. I also went to the Suns arena once. Its pretty nice.

Homer Pick:
1. Staples Center - My home away from home!

Arenas Iíve gone and thought highly of in order of my preference:
1. US Airways Center - I was there in 2006 when Lakers played them in the first round. The surrounding area is beautiful!
2. United Center - Big Jordan fan, I was excited to be there
3. Pepsi Center - Very nice stadium, went there for a Denver vs Bulls game!
4. Palace of Auburn Hills
4. American Airlines
4. Oracle Arena
7. Key Arena

Alot of these trips Iíve taken to these arenas were mostly not Lakers vs. Most were business trips, and being taken to the game as a guest. Great experience! I miss my old job :) But now I own my own company, so.... hopefully I make it big. I swear Iím going to invest my share into a Skybox @Staples. /prays

I would love to experience the MSG atmosphere.

ok, but were talking about the best looking basketball arena (unfortuantely out of a short, unfair list)

I think if they came through again, conseco would still be the best basketball arena.

Honstly, as nice as it is, it should be included... theres really no reason it isnt, its absolutely the most beautiful stadium in the NBA.

Staples Center has a beautiful arena, but not just for the court and atmosphere. The restaurant in the VIP level is great and the store is great too. Not to mention that the box seats are amazing! Plus, LA Live right across the street makes the entire experience incredible.

He said best looking arena, or else i would agree with you. Staples definately has the best atmosphere, for sure.

I think the best looking arena, not in that list is Conseco. But on the list i would agree with you.

A.A. Arena was nice too..

...but my top arena is the "A.C.C." no doubt!!

I like the way the floor wood looks at Amway. This is the last season for Orlando in that building though. 2010-2011 new one is gonna be off the hook. Supposed to have multilevel bars behind the basket and an open air observation bridge that goes out over the Highway.

My favorite is staples center just because they focus all the lights on the court. But I really couldn't say which one is the 'best'.

What about Quicken Loans? My god that sounds like something out of the Simpsons. Quicken Loans sounds like they should be sponsoring a little league team. But they do have a decent arena.

The fact that the Boston Garden is called the Toronto Dominion Bank North Garden ruins it in my opinion.
