As of right now, Blake Griffin, we haven;t seen any of them play against any real NBA talent.

We should do this when the season is underway

And I bet there's players that were drafted later than the ones on the poll that will turn out to be some of the most exciting or well rounded rookies.

Just saying....shouldn't you have more than 10 on here, maybe like the Top 15 and some notable 2nd rounders?

It's obvious 2nd rounders and late first rounders won't be voted first.. when I make polls for 2nd, 3rd etc, I will include more names.

This makes no sense.

We have never seen them play and after Griffin, people will just vote for their team's rookie.

Based upon all of the credible information we have to work with, I will be the #1 rookie this season. It's as good a guess as anyone on the list. We have nothing to work with. A lot of collegiate superstars are awful at the professional level. Some average or just above average collegiate players become very good pros. Can we at least see each of them play one game before we start judging them?

There really is no point to this thread because we haven't seen any of these rookies play against NBA competition.

I think this should be Who Do U think WILL BE the top 10 rooks this year. I actually kind of like this thread.

Anyways, IMO, its between Griffin & Flynn for me. Griffin is going to have to share the ball with guys like B-Diddy, Gordon, Thorton, Kaman. While Flynn is going to be the PG of a team that has no wing scoring, just post play, so u can definintely c him excelling. I still went with Griffin anyways though.

Funny, I thought the same thing about the Conference Seeding polls. :p Same argument.. No one has seen teams with new additions and healthy rosters (particularly teams that have back those players who were injured for most of last season) For this thread I guess the collective fan base on PSD can decide and rank which rookies they think are best based on college play which might be different from how they were drafted. Ultimately I think all these thread polls are good for summer time distraction but should probably be asked after at least watching the first month of next season.

I agree I think Flynn and Lawson will be contribute fast to their teams. Lawson could be a steal.
