I think the blazers have a pretty bad schedule, please state your thoughts!

Insert favorite team here...

No teams schedule is going to be that much harder than everyone else's.

yeah, this isnt the NFL where some teams play significantly harder schedules than others...you pay everyone in the NBA, its just a matter of how often

If you mean the hardest, then I think the Raps scheduale is one of them...

Teams play everyone suck it up.

Not in this manner:

Here are the low points:
Portland will have to fly to a different city for 23 games in a 24 game stretch (which ends right before the playoffs leaving the team exhausted)
One 5 game road trip (Not including another 5-gamer in the 23 of 24) Oh and it is 5 games in 7 nights all on the road.
Three 4 game road trips (None are in the 23 of 24)
Only 1 Five game home stand (We play Cleveland, LA Lakers and Orlando in it.)

Not only does Portland have the longest flying distances in the NBA because they are in the North West, but I believe they have the most 1 game home stands of any team in the NBA which only compounds the fact that the closest NBA city is a 12 hour drive south of Portland.

The Bulls play 5 of their first 15 at home and we got a 7 game road trip the first full month of the season.

Give me one reason it is any harder than any other team in Tornto's division...or even conference. You play your division opponents 5 teams...and the Atlantic Division isn't any tougher than the Central or Southwest.

Again...this is just a homer thread. There is no one team that gets shafted. This isn't the NFL.

The Bulls schedule is always rough because of the road trip they have early in the season every year. Damn circus coming to the UC.

The Kings have almost 20 back-to-back games this year and counting this season, we haven't had a home opener since 1999.

Just because everybody plays everybody doesn't mean one team can't have a rougher schedule than another team. The link Chronz just posted shows that not every team has the same number of back-to-back games.

Some teams have more road trips. Every year when the circus **** comes to the UC, the Bulls go on an extended road trip at the same time. Some teams have longer homestands than other teams.

The thread title "Who has the worst schedule?" isn't really appropriate because I guess it would be too difficult to determine if one out of thirty other teams really has the absolute worst schedule. But some teams have rougher schedules than others.

ANY SCHEDULE FROM THE NORTHWEST IS THE WORST....

A.K.A

PORTLAND
DENVER
OKC THUNDER
UTAH

***that is because almost about half of their games are played against either the northwest divison or the southwest divison***

THESE DIVISONS INCLUDE:

HOUSTON
SAN ANTONIO
DALLAS
PORTLAND
DENVER
NEW ORLEANS
UTAH
OKC THUNDER
MINNESOTA
AND MEMPHIS

*i would say 8 out of 10 of those teams are good enough to make the playoffs this year...but obvously they can't because they are in the west...*

I think we can all agree that the top 8 teams are L.A, ORlando, San Antonio, Cleveland, Boston, Denver, Portland, and Dallas....

well the OKC THUNDER HAVE 25 GAMES AGAINST THESE TEAMS...
tell me that is not crazy...

lol, thats a virtual by being in the west.

it will always be 2 games each against orlando, cleveland and boston

and then a minimum 3 games (a max 4) against teams like Lakers, Spurs, Mavs, Blazers and Nuggets. So let's say of these 5 west teams, the thunder player 3 of them 4 times a year and the other 2 teams three times a year.

6 games against elite of the East

18 games against West teams you listed (you forgot Utah Jazz, so I didn't include them)

Thats a total of 24 games of the 82 games. and guess wut, almost every west team has to face this particular situation, so quit complaining

Lakers only play 17 games against the TOP 8 NBA teams? Wow, that sounds about right.

OKC with 25? a damn shame.
