On paper, the Washington Wizards. It isn't even close.
On paper, the Wizards score 150 points per game if Arenas only scores 15 per game.
If Arenas scored 28 per game as he once did, the Wizards would be at 163 points per game.

On paper.

On paper the best team... it is easy add up all the average points of all the players on the roster, which ever team has the most is the best.

When you ask who is the best team on paper? There is only 1, it is not about preference it is about fact when you use paper. Unless you are asking something else?

Just remember, being lovely on paper doesn't mean ****...think about last season.

Nash
J-rich
Hill
Amare
Shaq

Thats a crazy good lineup on paper, shaq a 4time title winner, Nash a 2time-mvp winner, Amare almost at his prime is such a monster and is so strong and athletic.
