Who do you think is gonna win it?
I have to go with my man Blake Griffin, since this year's draft sucked

Blake Griffin is the fav, as is the number 1 draft pick of the year is. We never know what the season holds however.

Clippers are pretty talented so I don't see him getting as much time on the ball or what not. Guys in a good situation could really get going like tyreke evans (pg is essentially his and he'll get plenty of touches). it's ball just goes between him, thompson, hawes, garcia, and kevin martin. i think tyreke has the best chance to win it. other notables may be flynn/rubio in minny, jrue holliday if he can get past louis williams in philly, demar derozan if he gets the starting job, earl clark in phx. of course there could be others depending on injuries.

jennings might have a shot but he still has to compete for the starting spot. i can really see him winning if given the chance to start.

I don't know about Jennings.... something tells me he'll be in Skiles doghouse by the end of training camp. Do you think he can keep his mouth shut ? I'm not sure. I'll go with Evans as well.

It's going to be Blake Griffin or Tyreke Evans. They have the best opportunities. The Clippers traded Randolph to make room for Griffin as the probable starter and it won't be hard for Evans to take the starting point guard duties from Beno Udrih.

I could see that happening if he had the playing time, but Duncan and McDyess will log the majority of the frontcourt minutes in SA. It would take an injury to one of those guys for Blair to have a chance.

Blake griffin may look good in summer league but come nba season he's gunna have a tougher time gettin the ball as much as he does in summer league.

i can see someone like Brandon Jennings winning R.O.Y if sessions goes to the knicks!
that kids gunna be a stud!

Tyreke evans and blake griffin are the two frontrunners.
both will be starting and have major roles on their respective team.
also i think each of them will put up big rookie numbers

I think the favorite going into the season is obviously Blake.

to round off the top five:

Tyreke Evans

James Harden

Brandon Jennings

Black Horse- Demar Derozan

Blake Griffin should easily win. He should be around 17-9, or better, and is really been a media darling for a while. Its his to lose.
Now, if Rubio doesn't come over, I could see Flynn getting consideration, because he will play 38 mpg off the bat, and could put up some great numbers.

Unfortunately all the Curry "lovers" out there will be overly impressed with his PPG while taking no consideration his lack of size on defense will make.... Sure, some will say "Hey look, he scores 12-15 PPG! He's a stud." The rest of us will know the truth, though.

ROY? Toss up between Griffin, Evans, or Flynn.

lmao
Stephen Curry is my second vote

J_M_B

My top choices are Tyreke Evans or Stephen Curry because of the playing time Evans is going to receive from the Sacramento Kings and the run and gun system that Curry is going to be playing in for the Golden State Warriors.

I also agree with you about the lack of size and not so good defense, but the kid is going to be playing in a system that suits his playing style. Since when have the Golden State Warriors played defense? Though my first choice would be Evans.

I say Flynn is a lot better than Jennings. But I would also say Griffin wins it, he's a beast. I like Evans alot, but I don't think he'll flourish until moved to the off-guard position. Flynn is probably the third person I'd put in that category. Jennings can be considered because he will get starter minutes, just like curry.
