Let's try something different...let's categorize NBA stars by attitude as opposed to skill set. It's a huge gamble to take given the volatile nature of these forums at times...but it fun to see how people view players inhow they conduct themselves publicly.

I'll start.

True pro's. Guys with class, modest guys who are willing to sacrifice for team success. These guys have good attitudes and are generally likable guys.

Tim Duncan
Steve Nash
Chauncey Billups
Yao Ming
Dwyane Wade
Shane battier
Deron Williams
Pau Gasol
Dirk Nowitzki
Jason Kidd
Brandon Roy
Derrick Rose

The following guys are still maturing and show a willingness to carry themselves professionally on the court. However they have times where they struggle containing their ego's, which comes with being young and earning your stripes in the league. They are still maturing.

Chris Paul
Chris Bosh
Carmelo Anthony
Kevin Durant
Rudy Gay
Dwight Howard
Kevin Martin
Danny Granger
OJ Mayo
Andre Iguodala
Al Jefferson
Monta Ellis

These are guys that really have a "you either like them or you don't" attitude, but their games are certainly to be respected regardless of your opinion. The enigma's as I call 'em.

LeBron James
Paul Pierce
Kobe Bryant
Kevin Garnett
Vince Carter
Shawn Marion
Josh Howard
Carlos Boozer
Rasheed Wallace
Ron Artest
Tracy McGrady

Hopelessly immature and selfish guys who refuse to adapt their game for the good of the team. To say it more bluntly: The knuckleheads.

Allen Iverson
Baron Davis
Zach Randolph
Ricky Davis
Al Thornton
Stephon Marbury
Stephen Jackson
Gilbert Arenas
Nate Robinson
Josh Smith
Al Harrington
Amare Stoudemire

Now can you name 12 players you believe fits these 4 categories?

1. True pro's.
2. Maturing pro's.
3. Enigma's.
4. Knuckleheads.
