We drafted JJ Reddick 2.0 this year..
Shouldve traded him to PHX for Amare while we had the chance :(
At best this guys an Eddie House type player!

As if....Why do you think he's going to turn out like JJ, just because he's a great shooter?

I don't know where you got the impression Stephen Curry is going to become a J.J Redick.

Stephen Curry has a higher ceiling and more polished tools than J.J Redick.

Who the hell knows, I haven't seen him play an NBA game yet.

I honestly think he's got a better game then JJ Reddick I don't think he'll be a star but he won't be the permanent, so far down the bench that he is just sitting on the court guy like JJ Reddick. Curry is a hard worker and should be a nice pro-talent, but we'll have to wait and see until the season.

he'll be a good player, dont trip

He'll be better than JJ Redick...Don Nelson's system will make sure of it

He will be a better version of JJ Redick. Especially in a run-n-gun offense.

So did anyone see him play in a game yet? And we are already labeling him.

im now glad we didnt trade amare for him and bedirens.
watchin him in summer league makes me think he will be a massive chucker, his PG skills are vastly overrated and his defense is pretty bad as well. But he can shoot it.
i can see him having a eddie house career, but better of the dribble.

This thread was a major FAIL

he hasn't even played in a regular season game... And summer league doesn't mean squat diddle...

I said this for a while, he's Eddie House at best.
Poor Bay Area, I called Crabtree and S. Curry a bust before they drafted both of them...
That's of course IMO since the kid hasn't played a minute yet.

I am not sure why we are convinced that he is going to turnout to be like JJ Reddick. I'd like to see him play a few games during the regular season so that I can see for myself what type of a player he will turnout to be in the NBA. Even then, a couple of games or even a full season may not be enough.

Him having ball handling skills and his court vision already makes him a better player than JJ Reddick. So if I had to make my guess, at the very least I say he's a better player than JJ Reddick. How much better? That is to be seen.

I could live with that as a warrior fan. I think he could be like Mike Bibby because I see alot of Bibby in him. Just so happen Draftexpress said it too.

i think curry will be a better player. Both are good shooters, but that dosent make curry a jj 2.0....

hes definetly a special type of player!

the only way he can be a 2.0 version of JJ is if he gets pushed so deep down the bench that his playin time is low and wont get to showcase his talent!

blazerman
07-29-2009, 04:59 AM
He will average 17 this yr with a few 35 point games in the Warriors offense.

Of course he'll have weaknesses but will most rookies do.

Much better than Redick

i always wondered why everybody was so high on him, i think it was a blessing in disguise that the warrioirs took em before the knicks could take him, i think he fits very well into the mold of jj reddick and adam morrison, great college players but mediocre nba players.
