All the time.

Where do you think they get their ideas from?

Yes, this is why General Motors is in the tank. On PSD all day.

Im sure some team executives browse around every now and then, but I doubt that a GM or President would waste there time.

I bet the do. I know the media does because i have seen stuff appear on here and then like a month later that weird trade rumor will pop up in a news article or sports show.

I don't think they do. They have way more analysis tools and expert opinions and analysis than a forum of anonymous people.

yea, i think they follow experts and analysis's. those people do it for their JOB. we do this because we have spare time.

The GMs would put contracts on some of our lives if they knew some of the stuff we said.

We have way better ideas than him.

On Blazer courtside (a local blazer show with Mike Rice and Antonio Harvey, Blazer game announcers and former players) around last yrs tradedeadline had Kevin Pritchard on the show and he mentioned that he loves to read stuff in fan forums because you can come across some good trade ideas and occasionally posted under an alias, so yeah 1 GM does.

He didnt mention which forum's he read or posted in though.

Im sure teams have more sophisticated methods but it couldnt hurt to read through forums, besides GM's are fans too.

And I'm Steve Kerr! :)

You'd think he does because some of his moves were talked about on forums long before he made them.

I was at the Suns and Bobcats preseason game this past yr and he walked up and asked if anyone was sitting next to me and I said no and he sat down and we talked quite a bit and I tried to throw a couple of trade offers at him for Steve Nash and he just smiled and then said throw in Roy and we had a deal( A few beers and I think I could have talked him into a Bayless for Nash deal, just joking. I have a few pics with him but I dont know if that's a good thing now, haha he was pretty cool though.

I asked him how it was playing next to Jordan and he said "demanding, very demanding". I then said well it seemed to work out because you got some nice jewelry out of it and he raised his eyebrows and nodded with a smirk.

That's pretty interesting. Makes it all worthwhile.

The GMs? Hell no. But I'm guessing somebody from the organization probably peeks and pokes around. Probably the same people who make the Myspace and Twitter accounts.

you should of asked him about the time Mike punched him in the face during practice.

I sent a PM to Dunleavy to trade Tim Thomas and Cuttino Mobley to New York for Zach. I told him it would put the Clippers on the map by giving them a gritty, rebounding machine.

Best thing I ever did.

i dont think they do but i wish they did, some ppl in my opinion have some really good ideas on this forum. then there are others but hey there is no wrong or right solutions when it comes to trying to better teams.
