Hey guys, Some of you may remember but I conducted a poll at the start of the season that had PSD users vote for the top 10 players at each position. I would like to start this up once more considering the NBA season is now over and we can get to this discussion since lots has changed since the start of last season. Please TRY AND VOTE FOR THE BEST PLAYER AND DON'T BE A HOMER. I will leave the poll open for one day and than we can carry on to the next best player at that position. I will add more players after each round...Enjoy.

REMEMBER this is based on who is the best player, not the player who has the potential to be the best.

Did not Make sense to do a poll for the #6 Spot since Amare and Pau had the most votes the last round by a large margin. We continue at #7

PF Rankings DONT FORGET TO VOTE!!

1) Tim Duncan
2) Kevin Garnett
3) Dirk Nowitzki
4) Chris Bosh
5) Amare Stoudemire
6) Pau Gasol
7)
8)
9)
10)

Last Years PF rankings:

1) Tim Duncan
2) Kevin Garnett
3) Amare Stoudemire
4) Chris Bosh
5) Dirk Nowitzki
6) Elton Brand
7) Carlos Boozer
8) Pau Gasol
9) Antawn Jamison
10) David West

I actually like any of the top 4 poll choices, all have shown me a great deal over the last few years... I think Lewis has turned into a very nice hybird 4 in the nba, he really gave a lot of great athletic 4's headaches all regular season and playoffs...

Carlos Boozer. Great post scorer and one of the best rebounders in the league. His defense isnt the greatest but out of this entire list I think only Elton Brand could be considered a real good defender.

Not a Jazz fan btw, just the Jazz GM in the mock so thats why I have the avatar.

Boozer... Easily the best left on the board.
When fully fit, he's a top 5 power forward in the league, and is also efficient and consistent.

When motivated Zach Randolph the guy grabs a ton of boards and can score

West for me, even though I think Boozer could easily make the claim

I went with Carlos Boozer. It's pretty close for me though. When Paul Millsap replaced him he did an equal if not better job than Boozer, so that was a down point for me. This spot is between two people Boozer and Jamison. Boozer is younger and better at this point. But next one is definitely Jamison. Antawn Jamison>David West.

Why is Boozer winning this?? I'll take Davis West Alllll day and tomorrow. Tougher, Better low post game, better defender, better outside jumper. Dont think Boozer is bad by any stretch. Rather have West

I dont think its as easy a choice as everyone is making it out to be. David West is nasty and he got my vote, but its close.

People are overlooking Josh Smith. He was the second best player on a team that made it to the second round of the playoffs. He also gets at least one block in almost every game. He also is a better offensive player than Boozer, Lewis, or West.

Whats the point in voting if you are just going to name Pau Gasol #6 without a vote? Not saying Boozer would have beaten Gasol, but I don't think you should have assumed Pau would win so easily. I know if i a picking one for my team I would rather have a healthy Boozer then a healthy Pau...

Jamison, he is one of the most underrated players in the NBA, behind Gerald Wallace

YUPPPP.

It was between Boozer and Jamison to me. West is not that good, and is not a good rebounder. Boozer has great post moves, is very tough and physical, and has a nice jump-shot.

Lewis is moving to the 3 spot now I believe since Magic got Bass and Anderson and are keeping Gortat while losing Turkoglu.

Youd take a tougher inferior player, over a superior softer one? This has gotten out of hand, Pau makes Boozer look pathetic, not vice versa, no matter how soft you think Pau is, hes still the better player.
