That's a good one.

This is hard, most of the guys listed aren't (or haven't) been on great teams. It's hard to win without good role players...

Whoever is saying Danny Granger is fail.

Just because he has a bad team doesnt mean that he doesnt make an impact? He's the only reason why they were not a bottom 5 team. I can't see Kevin Martin too? He's one of the reasons why they have a decent team but last year he was hurt.

Vince Carter, Richard Jefferson, Micheal Redd, Gerald Wallace, T-Mac:) (always hurt so how could he have an impact), David Lee only bright spot on knicks really well not anymore but was!! IDK Can you throw the all-star players on losing teams cause then id put Kevin Durant, Al Jefferson, Guess Amare, but most these players would be huge on good teams

David Lee anyone???? He was a double double machine last year and did nothing for the Knicks.

Also Charlie V for the Bucks.

How many players could get their teams into the playoffs with Beno Udrih, Francisco Garcia, a rookie Jason Thompson. and a 20 year old Center in Spencer Hawes?

I don't know why people are saying Kevin Martin. It's not his fault the Kings suck.

You might as well call this the Zach Randolph thread. The guy has put up 20-10 (or close to it) everywhere he's been and every team he's ever been on was better without him than they were with him.

granger has nothing but crap on that team, you think kobe or lbj could replace granger and make that a playoff team, granger is a stud, put him on a half decent team and he would thrive and make it a contender

Why are ppl saying Gilbert and Amare? They have HUGE impacts on their teams. Washington can't compete in the playoffs without him. Amare was a force in the D'Antoni era and is still a threat. teams still have to plan defensively for him. honestly, this is a dumb question.

And whoever said Durant needs to stop free basin' They are a young squad and he is 2 years into the league.

People need to realize that not having much of an impact on a team is different than being on a losing team. There have to be losing teams..is that to say a great player can't be on a losing team? Apparently a couple people seem to think so...listing all stars who are on sub-.500 teams.

I'll use Danny Granger as an example since I'm a Pacer fan and watch most of his games(and because someone listed him), and I'm going to say this as unbiased as possible. There was a stretch of the season where it was clear that the only chance we had of winning a game is when the guy scored 30+ points...which he did a lot. Nobody else on that team could be relied on regularly AT ALL. The pg's were very on/off. Rush and Hibbert(both rookies) were very prominent parts of the team (generally not a good sign to have TWO rookies not picked in the top 10 be important cogs of the team) and starters a lot of the time. If anyone on that team could be accused of putting up big numbers and not having much impact it would be Troy Murphy...

And so to answer the question...I'll say Zach Randolph and Troy Murphy.

I think it should be looked at as...what player, who throws up good numbers...can be thrown into any situation...any team...and actually hurt them.

Michael Redd could really help his team, if put on the right one.

Randolph can't. Even AI today...he doesn't wanna accept a role on a team. he still thinks he's "The Answer"

Tracy McGrady, Eddy Curry, Shariff Abdul Rahim, Jamal Crawford, Steph Marburry, and Zach Randolph!

Tracy McGrady? WRONG! he doesnt make his team better? WRONG! Are you kidding me? He was known THE the defensive stopper in Toronto..thats what he was known for, and then and only then did they make the playoff with Vince on the team. In orlando he was literally their only player worth a damn, and was arguably the best player in the NBA at that time, next to Kobe and AI... and with TMAC they went to the playoffs 2 of the 3 years....and in Houston he has led them to the playoffs and being vewry competitive in the playoffs, even though not out of the first round...but dont forget he did it all without Yao Ming...they only played ONE full playoff series 2gether. TMAC was doing all the work all by himself. Get your SH!!!!T straight. The dude wins games...he doesnt lose them.

Carlos Boozer...
He helps us quite a bit but we didn't suffer nearly as much as we should've when he was injured.

IBleedPurple

Marbury, Arenas, occasionally Okafor

I agree that Durant fits as of now, he gets burned like toast every time down the court. Kevin "Toast" Durant

I think Boozer is a good one also, for the reasons given above. The Jazz would be better off to move him while they can, and keep Millsap

R U ****ING KIDDING ME!!!!

He took a talent-less philly team to the friggin FINALS! W/o AI, that team would finish last with the worst record in NBA HIstory.

He may have not made a huge effect on Denver, but he changed them from a 40 win team, to a 50 win team. AI is the complete opposite.

Zach Randolph wins this 1. The guy is a 20/10 guy, but impacts the team.
