I don't know if there is any point to this. I don't see the new look pistons as contenders, why does Ben want to go back there if he probably won't get a championship?

To relive his glory days...until reality sets in the first week.

With Villanueva and Gordon he'll get the chance to rebound plenty of missed off balanced shots.

Makes no sense. He sucks now and the Pistons are rebuilding. No need for a old man like Wallace.

He can still crash the offensive glass and block a shot here and there. Other than that he's worthless. His athleticism allowed him to be a successful center at 6'7 all those years. And it's diminished a lot in the past few seasons.

If he's going to Detroit, he wouldn't be looking for a championship but a proper retirement.
