i would say stephan jackson.i know it sounds crazy as ****. but he is a very intellegent player has played in a lot of systems, understands a bunch of positions, is a pretty good team player and can be the main guy at times, not to mention has shown pretty good leadership qualities even when the team sucks, has great carisma and courage on the court and is great energy guy. i think all these things would point to him possibly being a pretty good coach in the league if he ever wanted to. he understands the game a lot lot better than people think. i am sure it sounds crazy to most so but if it ever happened i would love to say i told you so to everyone. just a gut feeling this one of course but i did have some bad pozole today so might just be that.:)

I think Jason Kidd could be a great coach. Knows how to play all parts of the game and could pass that onto his players.

I wouldn't say artest would be a bad coach. I think people have the wrong perception of him. I watched a couple of rockets games last year and I saw artest mentoring von wafer on the sideline when he wasn't on the court. Guys who are mentors now can be decent coaches later on in life.

Jarvis Hayes works well with kids and I'm glad he's with the Nets to help these young ones through the process.

I think Kobe is too competitive to coach, he'd get way too frustrated sitting on the bench...

Steve Nash would be an offensive Mastermind. I hope he wins at least two titles as a coach, cause it doesn't look like he will as a player.
