daly led pistons to pair of titles

DETROIT -- Chuck Daly, who coached the original Dream Team to the Olympic gold medal in 1992 after winning back-to-back NBA championships with the Detroit Pistons, died at age 78 Saturday morning, the Pistons said.

I agree. I dont get the need for 4 exclamation points. He was a good man and a good coach. Players loved the guy.

I'm very sad for Chuck. Even though he coached a team i hated oh so much during the 80s and early 90s, I had nothing but a tremendous amount of respect for the guy. I am shocked and saddened by the news. My condolences to the Daly family.
