I'm at a toss up between Keith Oberman (NBC) Ever know someone who thinks he's funny and no one laughs? That Kieth! And a close second is Dennis Miller on Monday Night Football, he nearly brought down MNF

for the love of god....the word is "worst" not "worse"

I've seen so many people use the word "worse" in situations where the word "worst" should be used. I don't know if it's just a genuine mistake, or if some of you do not know the difference between the two words, or whatever. But it drives me crazy :jumpy:

Dennis Miller really was awful. I love Kornheiser on PTI, but he's pretty terrible in that booth too.

Yeah, Dennis Miller was ****ing awful. Reggie Miller is also ****ing horrible. Bill Walton was captain obvious and a bozo, but when they paired him with Steve "snapper" Jones, who always called BIll on his BS, it made for good entertainment.

I can't settle on one, so I'll just list my top 5 worst.

1. Chris Berman - "da raidazzzz" & "back back back back...gone. He's like an obnoxious fat girl.

2. Bill Walton - He'll make a battle of .500 teams sound like a championship game, and he spits all over himself.

3. Joe Buck - Totally overreacted when Randy Moss "acted" like he mooned the crowd in Green Bay.....I don't even like Randy Moss, but Buck just totally overreacted. Plus, he sucks calling baseball games too.

4. Joe Morgan - He brings nothing to the table as a color analyst, and somehow every story turns into something about himself. "When I played...." "back in my day..." No one cares, Joe.

5. Cris Collinsworth - He's the first person to criticize a coach's decision, after the outcome is already made. He's Capt. Hindsight and it's annoying. He'll never offer an opinion on a coach's decision until immediately after the result of the decision. "Why would Andy Reid go for it on 4th & 2 with 20 seconds left and down 7?".....he's needs to be replaced, pronto.

Now for my worst of Philadelphia.

Mark Zumoff of the Sixers broadcasting team is downright terrible. You could've thought the Sixers won the championship when we BARELY beat the bench team of the Cavs during the last game of the season. Then he began to praise the team for finishing the season with at 41-41, when they clearly underachieved. I never knew the word "yes" could be so annoying to me. "Andre Miller for 3.....YESSSSS!!!!!!!"

Dishonorable mention:

Chris Wheeler, the only phillies broadcaster I never liked. He comes with these "outta leftfield" statements. I found this website online that pretty much sums them up. http://chriswheelerglossary.com

I ****in despise him for that very reason. Like he's fooling us all into thinking he's a genius.

Dennis Miller.... I also thing anyone from the Mets. Some guys love the old announcers, his name is slipping my mind right now, but they were really all kind of annoying when I would watch games.

The Celtics announcers are also miserable too.... don't know how i missed them. I love the NBA and I can watch any game, but the Celtics announcers make it impossible to watch them.

reggie miller is the worst. He ruins the great Marv Albert. How Joe Buck gets to do Football and Baseball is rediculous. Obviously the best is Walt Clyde Frasier for the Knicks.

Bryan Gumbel. I watched an NFL network game and he was awful.

Doug Collins.

Everything about him annoys me. The effeminate voice, the latent homosexual personality, the frequent Oprah style sidetracks into a players feelings and personal story. :puke:

I always found it funny that sports fans hate every announcer, commentator, analyst, and anyone who talks about sports on TV ever. Seriously, it sounds like nobody likes anybody.

Probably my opinion just because I don't really dislike any of them.

Oh no.. you just called me an idiot :ohno: do you mean those? :laugh2:

If you think Joe Morgan and Chris Berman aren't some of the worst announcers ever then you are out of your mind..

John Madden may have been a good announcer 10-15 years ago.. from what I've seen the guy is annoying and boring. :pity:

Right On. I absolutely hate watching a game he announces. His 13 girl squeaky voice makes me want to poke nails in my forehead. And he always gets names wrong And always fumbles his words.

When im watching the game i want to feel like the announcer knows the game and knows more than i do. But when i listen to Reggie i never get that feeling.
