He's a future Hall of Famer and easily one of the greatest if not the greatest little man to ever play the game. 3rd all time in career scoring average behind only Wilt and MJ, and 2nd in all time playoff PPG.

He's one of the most popular players ever in the NBA, and he's always been among the leaders in jersey sales every year.

Nice rant.

I am a little surprised to see DWade at 6. With the year that he was having I expected his jersey sales to go through the roof. Also if it wasn't for the dunk contest then I don't think Nate Robinson sniffs the top 10.

Yeah, I would definitely think Wade would be in the top 5, not only based on his success this year but also based on his career success. Plus he does commercials:D

I agree with you about Nate too, but what other player's jersey are Knicks fans gonna buy...I think the New York fan base has a lot to do with his sales.

kinda surprised Pau is that high, and that Nash and Shaq still make the top 15.

I went to the NBA store this February. It's pretty cool there. They have this huge *** spiraling staircase that goes to the basement with all the jerseys and stuff. Wish I was there again lol.

It makes sense. He has a lot of fans and none of them had AI Pistons jerseys before this season. It is not like you need to buy a new Lebron or Kobe jersey every season.

You bought one, didn't you?

It was pretty obvious that Iverson wasn't going to be around very long. Plus, Detroit wasn't that great and within a few weeks it was clear that Iverson wasn't right for them. So why buy the jersey?

I mean, I didn't hear about too many people running out to buy Jermaine O'Neal Heat jerseys. And if people did, they're every bit as dumb as these people.

Jermaine O'Neal is not, and has never been any where close to as popular as Allen Iverson. That's why nobody went to buy his jersey.

And before you go accusing me of buying an AI Pistons jersey, I'll just put that to bed right now...I'm a Sixers fan, I don't buy other team's merchandise(even if AI is my favorite player).

Wow, calm down buddy.

I've got nothing against Iverson. In fact, my first comment had little to do with Iverson and more to do with the fact that he wouldn't be with the Pistons for long. Add to that the Pistons' and Iverson's less-than-stellar performances, and I feel confident calling those who bought Iverson Pistons jerseys idiots.

I like Iverson and always have. This one is like buying a Jordan Wizards jersey though -- actually, it's worse than that.

Nate in the top 10? wow I cant find his jersey any where I live but congrats Nate that dunk contestreally help get his name out there. Also the reason hes No. 8 is cause hes exciting to watch and hes exciting and hes really cocky and showboats alot which is one of the main reasons I watch him cause your bound to see him do some crazy dance or something. Since hes really cocky it puts him over with the younger fans since most teenagers nowadays are cocky little ******* and "swagger" is the thing nowadays and Nate not afraid to show hes got it

Probably not at all, since nearly everyone who actually bought those are Iverson fans who would be happy to buy AI jerseys no matter what team he was playing for.
