what a waste of talent, the guy can average 20 and 10 in his sleep, imagine how good he would be if he kept himself in shape and stayed out of trouble

LOS ANGELES (AP) Los Angeles Clippers forward Zach Randolph has been arrested for investigation of drunken driving.

California Highway Patrol Officer Tony Garrett says two officers saw a white Rolls-Royce weaving on Interstate 405 around 2:25 a.m. Monday.

The officers pulled the car over and identified Randolph as its driver. Garrett says alcohol could be smelled from inside the car and after conducting a field sobriety test, Randolph was arrested and taken to the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles.

He was later released on $5,000 bail. A message left for a Clippers spokesman was not immediately returned.

What a great, great, talent gone to waste. Not just because of this, but his whole career and his mentality towards the game. He is one of the most talented players in the league and could of been really good if he tried

Ahh, Z-Bo. He can get 20 and 10, easily, and if he just stayed focused on everything, who knew how much better he could've been.

I know he's a beast but think about how good he would be if he was really dedicated like a lot of these other players in the nba with star talent. Rasheed wallace is another example. Randolph is a beast man i know but he could be a whole lot better if he put in the time. Another thing is, he won't make your team better. He's like iverson, crawford, etc. Great players that wont make your TEAM better. If you ever watch the clippers, remember that game where he shot that 3 at the buzzer for the win and air balled and that wasnt even the designed play and he shot it from 20 ft beyond the 3 line

Man you guys need to fall back.

Zach Randolph just lost his father last month. I can forgive him for getting wasted.. He shoulda just had a driver though.

The guy deserves a break. His father just died not even a month ago.

Also what with the he could average 20 and 10 in his sleep? Last time I checked he does average 21 and almost 10 boards a game!

* On another note, I was at the Lakers - Clipps game last night and there were so many hot chicks it made everyone want to drink and party. That was the most talent I have ever seen at Staples Center...

My God

this guy needs a grip

I can't believe guys who can't just thank God everyday they're playing sports for a living, and not just anywhere, in one of the most prestigious leagues in the world.
Get your head straight.

Get your head straight. x1 billionth. Imagine all of the guys who are in the D-League and playing overseas and undrafted guys who would love to play in the NBA. It makes me so mad when a guy like this acts as if it is a privilege to play in the NBA, when it is a right. Like I said, just a classless guy who does not deserve to be in the league, even though he is so talented.

Great timing for me. I'm in the fantasy playoffs finals and now I'm going to lose about 40 points and 20 rebounds because of this...

most memorable thing he's done all season is this DUI

with that said he's a great player whose at his peak and he's wasting it. People like him end up regretting their actions years later. Glad he didn't hurt himself or anyone else... We all make mistakes but pro-athletes just make a **** load more
