Good. Hope he's back to being the Gil of old. He's good for the NBA when he's healthy. Hope he's really back.

So he collected around 17.5 million this season to sit in a suit?

I kinda wonder why he doesn't just stay out until next year. The way he's been he'll get hurt in the last few games of the season.

Seems like a stupid decision to me too. Just sit him until the beginning of next season and spare yourself the worry.

stupid. Theres less than 15 games left into the season and they aren't in the playoff picture. Why risk him getting injured again.

I think he should sit out and make sure he is 100% for next season. WAS isn't gonna do anything with or without him neways

I'm sure he is 100% now, and that is why he's coming back. They were saying originally they expected him back around Jan 1st, its late march. I would assume he's 100% and just wants to see how his game is, and just get some real games in.

why??? Its a lost season, if they end up winning 5-6 games with him, it hurts their draft pick chances. Sit him, sorry. I hate teams that tank, but it is fine with a dude who has sat the first 68 games.

Thank Goodness. I bet he can't wait to get out there on the court.

What is the point of him getting back? He will probably injure that knee again.

^^ Have you ever thought maybe he just wants to play? He could get injured in game 1 next year too. He could get injured at practice. He could get injured at home.

He wants to play, he should play. He has been play with the team for over a month now, he is fine.

Didnt Brand do something similar last year, coming back with like 20 games left??

I doubt they win 5-6 games because of him. It's probably not so much for the benefit of the team as much as it is, he probably just wants to ****ing play. He's been out a long long time, and he's finally healthy, and wants to do his job? We're seriously criticizing a guy for wanting to do his job? Allen Iverson doesn't want to practice and we ridicule him, Gilbert wants to play, and we ridicule him. I know it's two different situations, but I think it's goofy to criticize a guy for wanting to play.

seems as if most people out there like gil. personally i think he's good for the league. i remember watching the wizz vs jazz game live where gil hits a game winning three and before it even goes in he's walking away with his arms out. the picture of that is amazing!

that was the first live game i saw of him!

hopefully he comes back as good as ever and hopefully he's 100% for the wiz sake

Welcome back Agent 0. Dumb bringing him back with nothing left and the possibility of being hurt again.
