View Full Version : Your Call, Is He Inbounds or Out?

Many people felt he was out of bounds, from this picture and the game I still feel he was inbounds and did an excellent job of keeping his balance. Looked like Larry Fitz there almost lmao.

From what I see, he's still inbound.

The second and third pictures seem to show that the tip of his shoe are out of bounds.

Yeah hard to tell, looking at it closely the tip of his shoe is BARELY touching the line, so he it out of bounds. Could go either way.

good job getting the pics up so quick. He was inbounds..the Heat woulda won under Wde anyways

it was hard to tell he was out of bounds. It was a tough call to make

Tough call, but I think he was inbounds.

Also, great job finding those photos.

On the third photo from the left, it does look like the tip of his shoe is touching the line. You really can't complain about the call either way though. It's really hard to call on a still frame like that, it's impossible when it's happening live...

03-22-2009, 09:18 PM
Could go either way. In real time it looked as though he was inbounds.

03-22-2009, 09:32 PM
In but it could go either way.

03-22-2009, 09:42 PM
i think the second picture shows hes out but i wouldn't expect something like that to get called against most players especially a superstar. its too close and would be too quick to see properly.

03-22-2009, 09:46 PM
Its really really close but in real time a ref would never call him out of bounds

03-22-2009, 09:47 PM
3rd picture from the left looks lik he was out by the slighest margin...but its hard to tell unless its zoomed in even more....call cud go either way as ppl have b4 said.

03-22-2009, 09:49 PM
In real time:in
In frame by frame breakdown: the tip of his shoe is out of bounds.
The call would of been disputed either ways, but in real time it is almost impossible to tell, because even with slowed-down and frame by frame pics, we are still disputing this answer

Frame-by-Frame view appears to be out of bounds. But in a real-time scenario i would say its too close to call.

If I looked at that replay I would call it out. But in a game, you kinda would have to let that one go. I mean, come on.

I say he's technically out but i have no issue with that being called in. As far as im concerned it was the foul on the "block" right before that, that was a terrible call.

looks inbound to me.... but what really mattered was the play before that... which in my opinion was a FOUL.

The 3rd pic looks like he's out.

If this was anyone other than Wade/Kobe/Lebron a thread would not have been made. I guess I don't see the point to the thread other than it having "I love Wade" written all over it.

out of bounds. like people said, the 3rd photo shows it.
