Since Nate Robinson and David Lee have been on the club, the Knicks are exactly 100 games under .500, writes Frank Isola. Over the past three-plus seasons the Knicks record is 107-207.

Robinson and Lee are both restricted free agents and re-signing them to new deals has been a topic of discussion in regards to how it affects their future cap space.

It's not completely their fault but it's still pretty bad.

Interesting, but of no real relevance. The Bobcats are 140-258 since acquiring Gerald Wallace. Means nothing.

What's that like in relation to their record before him?

Gerald wallace was taken in the expansion draft...the only player who's been there for the entirety of the Charlotte Bobcats. Just saying that him being there has little to do with them being a bad team. Much like Nate and Lee being in NY has nothing to do with the bad record of that team.

Yea this has nohing to do with those two. More with Isiah Thomas and horrible coaches until D'Antoni rescued them.
Edit: Oops i forgot "Starbury"

Yeah, you really can't put that down to Nate and Lee. The Knicks have had some really bad teams over the last few years...

Well they both won't be on the team for much longer so we'll see what happens when they leave

Yeah, I believe Gerald and Emeka are the only two original Bobcats...which is a good thing. Regardless, this is a pointless article. You can have two talented players, but surround them with **** and their record will reflect ****.

Funny fact, I'd keep nate though. Lee is just rebounds and flashy points and no defense. Let some other team take him and we'll be off with our cap space or better player via trade

Emeka Okafor has been as well. Both Wallace and Okafor are apparenty useless.

you think jordan would take bosh, marion (sign and trade) and a bj from colangelo for emeka and gerald wallace?

Shareef abdur-rahim has like the worst winning percentage in history... i can't back it up with a link, but i read it somewhere awhile ago... he was still a good player, just not good enough and none of his teammates were good...

Some people are taking this thread the wrong way - it's not hating on those two, it's interesting BECAUSE they are two of their best players.

Isiah took what he had and turned it into what he could

a hot place of infected feces into a steaming pile of cow dung.

You know who gave him the infected feces?

SCOTT LAYDEN

I honestly blame almost all the trouble the Knicks are having on Scott Layden.
