Best Game 7 Series and Game 7? - How would you list the top 5?

I listed quite a few 7 gamers that were relatively close games.

If I missed one or so, then explain which game 7 was better.

Here were some of mine.

Indiana Pacers vs NY Knicks (1995 East Conf Semifinals) - Game 7
Boston Celtics vs LA Lakers (1969 NBA Finals) - Game 7
Minnesota T-Wolves vs Sacramento Kings (2004 West Conf Semifinals)
Houston vs Phoenix (1995 West Conf Semifinals) - Game 7
Boston vs Atlanta (East Semifinals 1988) - Game 7
Spurs vs Mavericks (2006 Western Semifinals) - Game 7
Chicago vs Indiana (1998 ECF) - Game 7
LA Lakers vs Kings (2002 WCF) Game 7

Well that series was good and went down to a last shot. Also 50+ was scored 3 times in that series.

wouldn't have needed a game 7 anyways until the refs thought otherwise

typical, Kings fans blaming the refs for their teams shortcomings.

Was game 6 poorly reffed? probably

What about game 2? Where the officiating was just as bad in the kings favor. How come no one talks about that?

Great series, with a great ending, going in to OT.

You know I'd try to come up with a clever "nickname" for the Lakers, but I have have no idea what a Laker is.

The whole kings/Lakers series was awesome. I'll always remember Horry's shot and Vlade's punk response: It was lucky shot!

Vlade you need to go where they know your name!!

It's someone who lakes. duh.

the most prevalent nickname i've seen is Fakers, which is as about as original as the "Queens"

And I'd forgotten about that wolves kings game 7. that one was epic.

Yeah I know but that's just as stupid. It doesn't mean anything either.

I took the epic Bird vs Nique game. That was truly amazing.

Closely behind is the '81 series between Philly and Boston.

Spurs vs. Mavs in 06 was a classic...the Spurs had no answer for the Dirk and Jason Terry pick and pop.

Both Duncan and Dirk went off in that game. IIRC Duncan 41 and 15 and Dirk 37 and 15

I know you asked about the best 7 game series & game 7 but im gonna forget about the game 7 part of your question. The best 7 game series was when my warriors shocked the world & upset the mav's. I know the series only went 6 game but it was one for ages.:superman::cheer::dance2:
