Bayless/Williams/Houston

Suns

PG: Derrick Rose/Ramon Sessions/Gordon Dragic

PG: Both are rookies, but rose is a ROY candidate while bayless struggles for playing time. plus bayless' big weakness has always been defense. big advantage to the suns.

SG: both are all stars and great players. Roy is better, but not by too much, and butler will give him fits on both sides of the court, making work hard to score his points. advantage blazers, but not by too much.

SF: Deng is the better all around player, and being the 4th option would benefit him, as he would not have to try and carry the team, and can just play in the flow of the offense. advantage suns.

PF: Bosh is a superstar, no denying that, but west is a multiple time allstar, and i dont believe that is all because of CP3, but if you choose to believe that then just consider that rose is of one the best up and coming PGs with amazing playmaking ability, and someone on the short list of players id be comfortable replacing paul with and not seeing a drop in production. advantageblazers

C: Oden has played barely half a season in the NBA. im not bashing his health, im saying he has NO experience what so ever. I dont want someone with that lack of experience to be my number 3 option in the playoffs, especially when they are considered a defensive type player with limited offensive moves ala a Ben Wallace type. advantage suns

bench: both are about even and have some very good players to bring scoring off the bench

in the end i see the suns being too much for the blazers, and beat them in 6 or 7 games

How are the Suns not only in round two, but WINNING in round two when their GM claimed he was rebuilding? Doesn't make much sense to me. Anyway I went Blazers because Roy and Bosh is just too good.

If you're so low on material that you have to resort to fantasies, then you should probably find another hobby to augment basketball.

What is it with you? Why do you feel the need to insult us for doing something fun? We're all huge basketball fans and we enjoy things like this, why are you such an ******* that you can't just let us do what we want and you just stay out of the threads. I mean seriously you've said it enough times that I'm surprised you haven't gotten an infraction from one of the mods. If you do it one more time I'd be kind of tempted to report you. Seriously mind your own ****ing business if you don't like this.

because it is possible to win while rebuilding. i know its a shock that to you that people who are rebuilding can get talent for their players instead of taking risks with expirings and picks.

also like i said, they are matching up against other all stars in west and butler. plus i win ever other position battle by a fair amount

I said I wouldn't vote, but it would be a travesty for the blazers to beat the nuggets and the suns. They don't deserve to be in this matchup and should lose.

(nothing against whoever the blazers gm is)

Still think the Blazers were better but whatever, either would have been demolished by the Lakers in the WCF, not necesarily in real life but with all the Kobe homers on this site neither team stood a chance. Luckily for me there are a ton of LeBron homers as well :D

I voted for Blazers. Shame these are over so quick. I didn't catch it in time. Anyway, the Blazers GM did exactly what I think they should have done in real life. He kept the team together except added that veteran star to put them over the top. I Love Roy and I think with Bosh they'd be great.
