He recently got 10,000 dimes for his career...putting him at the top 4. He'll most likely be second all-time when he hangs them up.

How long has he left. I think even without his explosive speed with the ball...he will still be able to play at least 4 years...his ability to see the floor is something he'll always have.

Is he HOF bound...and on which team did you think he played his best ball?

Its a no-brainer, JKidd will be in the hall.

Definitely. He never won, but he lead his team to the Finals twice and statistically, he's probably been the closest thing to Oscar Robertson since Oscar Robertson.

He'll be in the hall of fame no doubt as far as what team though I don't know.

I think he's easily a HOFer....and those first few years of the Nets were his glory days IMO...I think he will play for a few more years and then get into coaching....as he is already calling plays for the Mavs....

Chris Paul may be fast, and Deron Williams strong, and both are great scorers and passers. But what Kidd did in his prime was on par with Magic, Maravich, etc.

Does this really require a thread? If anyone says "no," they either haven't been watching basketball since the late 80's, or they smoke crack. Kind of like, 'is Obama's presidency going to be a historically significant term?' Kind of self explanatory.

Wow, did somone really vote no, and is this a serious question. Any fan of basketball who watches the NBA occasionally, should know Kidd is a first ballot Hall of Famer.

He's a shoe-in on the first ballot. He used to be amazing, and he's still serviceable. People see him now, and think this is the player he always was, but Kidd used to be a top-8 player in the league.

Jason Kidd is a first ballot hall of famer without a doubt. Best court vision since Magic, very good defender to play PG at his size. He just made everyone around play better.

Most definitely. I guess since he began and will probably end his career in Dallas that his team. I think he played his best ball however in Jerz.

Yup, he was the definition of a PG during his time with the Nets.

It's no doubt Kidd has slowed down a lot, but what old veteran doesn't toward the end...Kidd has an amazing career resume and will easily be in HOF.

he will likely go in as a net, but if he somehow leads dalles to a title or 2 and plays there a while that could change. but i dont see that happening.

Yes, Kidd should be put in the HoF based on his play in high school.

I'll say Kidd has two more years left in him where he could still be a starter on an NBA team.

Best Team - The Nets that went to the Finals.

I wish this was a public poll so I could see who voted no. They shouldn't be allowed on here.
