According to Warriors team officials, they rejected an offer to bring Baron Davis back in a trade for Corey Maggette and Marcus Williams. This qualifies more as interesting than as fantasy news, but the irony is too thick to pass up.

I didnt even think of a trade. When i saw this headline i thought people actually cared about these teams.

I think it was more of the fact that he **** on them and left after saying he would sign. They were already gonna give him the money.

They should've pulled the trigger. Monta has no one to compliment him @ the guard position and Baron and Monta worked great together. It'd take pressure off Jackson and make the team better. Plus, he was loved in Golden State man. Sad to see this didn't happen. Ironic though....

i think it would have been better for both teams cuz it would have meant the warriors would get a new coach
