I'm not trying to be bias but in case you have not seen it, new Laker Shannon Brown showed one of the most amazing plays i've ever seen last night. Refs just had to ruin it by calling it a foul.

My only objection to the Morrison/Vlad trade was that Brown was involved...I liked him. He has a better chance of being a solid contributor than Morrison does.

I like Brown's athleticism. And his vibe tells me that he's more eager to play than Morrison.

LMAO....No foul what-so-ever..Nice play from Brown. He just beasted on West and took the ball right from him like a man. Nice defensive play.

Brown definitely gives full effort every minute he's on the court. I like his attitude and he plays defense. He's not much on offense, but can knock down the open 3 and is very athletic and can finish above the rim in the open court. He's definitely not a bad pickup.

Really??? Celtics 60th pick in the draft Semih Erden is more eager to play than Morrison.

Radman is still > than Brown.

Well for the Lakers, they got what they wanted out of the deal...two young guys with short contracts to get rid of a guy that they felt was overpaid and didn't fit the team.

Yep and he will probably be the one who gets the regular minutes because we're not as deep in the guard position.

Lakers should retire his jersey. I think the NBA spoke too soon naming the NBA Finals award after Russell...

lakerfan never is when ranting about an unknown bench player:rolleyes:.

I've heard the praise for kwame, mihm, walton, mo evans, mbenga, radmanovich, etc. It gets old and has lost it's credibility some time ago.

He got up pretty high there. When I saw the deal, I definitely thought Brown had the potential to be a nice steal.

How's he show no credibilit? He posted a video of a sick block. He didn't try to act like he was LBJ or anything

Which is exactly what the PG in the triangle does. Hit open 3s and play D. I LOVE that he works SO hard.

........unfortunately Morrison looks like he totally sucks. He looks completely uncomfortable and scared out there. He reminds me of Sun Yue.
