Would you consider the Oklahoma City Thunder to be a legitimate team in the West in maybe 2-4 years....Let's say the get the # 1 pick in the draft and select Blake Griffin
They're starting 5 could possibly look like this

PG: Westbrook
SG: Green
SF: Durant
PF: Griffin
C: Chandler

I'd be scared of this team if I was a western conference team!

That's a scary team. I will admit that.

Hell yeah, that team is gonna be great.

They have a very bright future.

if they dont ****** up their next couple of drafts, theyll be in the mix.

Yup, five first round picks in the next two years also.

getting #1 is easier said than done. But anyway you cut it, Presti has done a great job. They acquired a crapload of picks and assets, and are beginning to use them. I am sure this summer will bring in more. And Portland taking Oden #1 was the best thing that ever happened to them. Durant may be the best scorer in the NBA for years to come.

Maybe they can pull off a "Portland" ?

As long as they can keep Durant and Green they are fine. They both compliment each other so well. It would be nice to add in a James Harden or Blake Griffin this year. Blake Griffin would be a great hometown kid and would help boost attendance.

wow Durant just hit a money 3. but they lose lol... This team will be good.

im just curious...but isn't jeff green more of a SF or PF?

02-17-2009, 11:34 PM
Green aint playing SG lol they better get James Harden

02-17-2009, 11:35 PM
lol Jeff Green at SG....

but yeah, they are a great young team... and should get even better

they will be alright because durant already scares me. 20 years old and can score like he does. Dropped 47 tonight :speechless:
