There are "strong indications" that the Suns will fire coach Terry Porter when the All-Star festivities conclude on Monday.

The third year of Porter's contract isn't guaranteed, so the Suns are essentially losing $2 million if they fire him. Lead assistant Alvin Gentry is expected to be his replacement, not GM Steve Kerr as previously indicated. . Feb. 14 - 9:08 pm et

I think so too. IMO, it was Amare or Porter, one was leaving.

Alvin Gentry will prolly take over if this happens.. at least our roster LIKES Gentry... Porter never got control of the team cause no one respected him to begin with.
