I think it's a good thing. Would be stupid to mess withour chemnistry and LMA is a better fit anyway. And a better defender.

The suns are ********. They wanna trade a young top 5 PF who is a monster during the playoffs. But they don't want to trade Nash, who is extremely old and clearly is a bigger liability on D. The suns should have traded nash long ago and cashed in for him. A lot like what the nets did with kidd. But w/e trade Amare and go back to the team that hardly ever was a contender. I can't wait to see Tyrus Thomas score like 10 points 5 rebs and 1 block on your team and Amare kill the east. The best part is, if you do get a pick there is a good chance that you will sell it anyways... hehe

It made no sense for Portland in the first place.

It made no sense for Portland in the first place.

I have a feeling Nash or Barbosa was in the initial trade proposal by portland but we countered with a deal not including either.
There's no way a deal is seemingly that close and then it's turned away because Portland wants PG help. That part came from nowhere. However, I think Nash would be enough to lead them to a ring. It's a shame Kerr and Sarver won't deal him for a real chance at a ring.

I dont think anyone in Portland would do that trade. At this point I'm not sure if I'd do Lafrentz for Miller straight up.

HOW BOUT

BLAZERS GET:ANDRE MILLER, THAD YOUNG, AND A FIRST ROUND PICK

SIXERS GET: RUDY FERNANDEZ. SERGIO RODRIQUEZ, AND RAEF

THIS WILL LET THE SIXERS MOVE IGGY TO HIS NORMAL SPOT AT SMALL FORWARD AND GIVE THEM A REAL SHOOTING GUARD IN RUDY.
FOR THE BLAZERS THEY GET A POINT THAT CAN RUN THE FLOOR AND TEACH BAYLESS FOR THE TIME HE IS THERE AND GET THE PLAYER WITH THE MOST UPSIDE IN THIS TRADE WHICH IS THAD YOUNG:clap:

he's an expiring, and probably won't re-sign with philly. Why waste talent on him if we could sign him in the offseason?

lol is this guy serious? Thaddeus has as much value as Iggy, he hasnt come close to hitting his ceiling and then you want a top 10 pg in Miller and a first rounder? and for what? an expiring contract and a couple of spaniards.

I don't understand why Portland would want an elite PG...doesn't Brandon Roy basically play as their PG?

sixers fan here. thanks to darius miles u guys wont have the cap room to sign miller. only way u get him in the offseason is thru a sign and trade and thats not likely to happen. why u ask? cause the the deal only works with Raef in it for salary cap purposes and the sixers have no interest in raef beyond his expiring contract this year. looks like feb 19th or never so bring your best offer.

That would have been a bad deal for the Blazers. No one can top that deal in the NBA.

that right there sums up how nobody knows squat about dre miller. in my opinion he is the most underrated player in the game.. i wouldnt want that overpaid slug on my team for dre..

and just to get everything straight.. as a sixers fan.. we value young, iggy, speights, and lou will more than any other player on our team.. so just dont throw their name into trade discussions like we would do it without hesitation..
