Meaning are they that young team who has the talent that keeps on improving, gets some very good games going but also loses quite a few of them because of inexperience and inconsistensy? They have a great trio for the future in Durant, Green and Westbrook and if they add some nice role players around them I can see them making a serious playoff run next year taking for granted of course that their big 3 continue to improve.

have you taken a look at their record?

Blazers were .500 last year.
OKC is at .250 right now.

so no, not by a long shot.

The Blazers did not tank last year, so no. In a year or to, the Thunder might resemble the Blazers and their success.

LoL HELLL NOOO!!! Blazers actually put up a fight in the play off race, but eventually fell off last year.

OKC is fighting for the position of WORST team in the league! There's a difference.

maybe after thunder tanks a few more years n get more first round picks like blazers did, then they will have a chance to make the playoffs, so id say 3-5 years before they have a chance at the playoffs in west which is so competitive
