I don't know which combos ur talkin about, but I like Webb and Haren the best out of the NL, but overall I would take Lester/Beckett, then Sabathia/Wang.

Now that u put up a poll I know, and my pick is mentioned above.

i'd take webb and haren. If cain ends up having the 'breakout' year that a lot of people are saying then it could be lincecum/cain by end of the year.

Kazmir and Shields is pretty sick.

But Webb/Haren, now you can feel better about your two aces :p

Webb and Haren. If Harden would stay healthy that might be close.

I disagree, Zambrano just isn't what he used to be.

did you make this poll just to support and emphasize your team?

That's the way these all go, a homer picks a option that really is a no brainer. If the person who started this was with a team that obviously didn't have the winner of the poll then I would say yeah but, noone wants to know how bad there team actually is.

In order:

1. Webb/Haren
2. Zambrano/Harden
3. Lincecum/Cain
4. Sabathia/Burnett

I had a very tough time deciding on who to place in 3 and 4, because C.C. Sabathia is incredibly overrated, and because A.J. Burnett and Matt Cain have almost identical stats.

yet another homer thread that is actually a legit thread thank you very much :D

Its the Dbacks combo by a bunch IMO with the Giants in 2nd...

Web/Haren, definitely. The Red Sox 1-2 combo of Jon Lester and Beckett is very hard to beat when Beckett is healthy, too.

Roy Halladay and Jesse Litsch ain't nothing to sneeze at.

Since the Rockies play the D Backs 6 times in April, I hope Haren is pitching like he did in August and September where he faded down the stretch.

Be interesting to see if Chris Young can put up some numbers with Peavy this year. Peavy is snake bit against the Rockies. He hasn't beaten them since 2005, even though he has pitched well against them.

i'd rank them:

1. Webb/Haren
2. Kazmir/Shields
3. Lincecum/Cain
4. Beckett/Lester
5. Sabathia/Burnett

but i'd pick lincecum/cain for the next five years
