Anthony Morrow is shooting over 50% from 3, he is the #1 3pt shooter in terms of percentage and it is ridiculous he is left out of the contest. He is an undrafted rookie who is averaging nearly 10pts a game, had a 37 point game this season already and would absolutely rule the contest, he should be both in the 3pt shootout and the rookie game!!!

dude he doesn't even play that much
hes only attempted 84 3-pointers this year
roger mason has attempted 229 3-pointers

no way he would be in the rookie game he has a lot of games where he doesnt score (or even play)

ur clearly overrating morrow

Exactly and if you were too put Morrow in who would you take out? They all Deserve it and have way higher 3pt Attemps and playing time.

And there is a small arguement for the 3point contest. But the Rookie game deffinitly not even close to that he is not even a top 30 rookie.

Because they want to give the other shooters a chance.

how many has he made?

It's about volume as well as accuracy

how many rookies this year have scored over 35? how many are averaging near 10 ppg? who scores more per minute than morrow? he is playing in the first half easily as good to be in the top 10 rookies, and he is a killer 3pt shooter, he also has started a dozen or so games so why value volume so much when he shoots almost 10% better than people in the contest

I think it would be cool to give Morrow a chance to show what he's got against the other top 3 point shooters at the all star game. They should have given the undrafted rookie a chance and it would be pretty sick if he won.

Radmanovic or Sasha should be in it.

Morrow's time will come (if he continues to shoot a good %)

i actually think the poster is making a great point, and backing it up with numbers! give Morrow a chance! and what a story if he wins!

I think one of the biggest snubs is Ben Gordon, although I am a Bulls fan it's not a homer pick, 19.9 ppg & 111-271 for 41% from the land of 3. You could've had Gordon over Daequan Cook or Mike Bibby who all had similar stats, Danny Granger does too but he's a bona fide star and deserves whatever he gets
