In your opinion, which US state has produced the best current nba players?
I'm not talking about college but players that went to high school in that state?
It would be Great if you can make a 5 man team.

IMO, Texas has created the best current NBA stars.

Texas
C - Shaquille O'Neal
PF - Chris Bosh
SF - Rashard Lewis
SG - Stephen Jackson
PG - Deron Williams
Noteables- Emeka Okafor, TJ Ford, LaMarcus Aldridge, Grant Hill,

Shaq went to high school in San Antonio, Rashard went to high school in Houston and Deron Williams went to high school in The Colony, Texas. All 3 players established themselves as prospects in Texas.

Ohio:

LeBron James
John Havlicek -- Top 50 All-Time (1996)
Nate Thurmond -- Top 50 All-Time
Jerry Lucas -- Top 50 All-Time, arguably best HS and college player EVER
Ron Harper
Michael Redd

Others: Clark Kellog, Antonio Daniels, Matt Harpring, Bob Knight, Jim Jackson, Kosta Koufos, Alvin Robertson

Not bad -- three Top 50 ever from 1996 team and a likely Top 10 ever in 10-15 years
