“When I first heard I was leading in votes, I was shocked, to be honest with you,” Howard said. “I really didn’t expect anything considering you have guys like Kobe, LeBron and Dwyane.”

Howard had 3,150,181 votes total.

People lets be serious, Eddy Curry was the only treat to Howard in the East. I mean Joel Anthony.

Howard was the only choice really people could vote for. When your the only good C in the conference, your going to get that many votes.

Do you think that maybe that amazing performance that Howard and LeBron put on last all star game had anything to do with it?

Yeah it was a no brainer pick but you got to still give the guy credit for being THAT MUCH BETTER than every other center in the east.
