Can't wait for F1 to start. Last year had 2 of the greatest races in any series I've seen with Spa and Brazil. Im a Massa/Ferrari fan (and I hate Hamilton). With that great race to end the year last year, I couldn't wait for the this season. The new Abu Daubi(?) track looks sweet.

I just hope that F1 comes back to North America in 2010, its a shame they;re not coming this year.

... says you...

Anyway, I'm getting really excited about this season. It looks as though Virgin is trying to purchase the remnants of Team Honda. There was a confirmation of an American F1 Team set for 2010 (I hoping for Cadillac). God, I hope this year is more competitive on a whole-field level. I'm supporting McLaren as I have for ten years. Let's have some fun!

I doubt with the trouble GM is in that they'll put an entry into F1. I hope im wrong though

In North America, sure. Around the rest of the world, that order is reversed

One more week to the start of the season. It looks like Ferrari and McLaren are sandbagging. McLaren says they're off pace and Ferrari is complaining about new rules creating a disadvantage for them. I'm pretty intrigued to see this season unfold.

So, the cars look ridiculously different and the former Honda team, which pulled out of F1 in the off-season only to be purchased by Sir Richard Branson and Ross Brawn is on the front row while Ferrari and McLaren fell to the middle of the pack. I smell a throwback to the 1970's-1980's. This could be an incredible season!

It really sucks that these Hondas with Merc engines won. :D I've always hated Ferrari but i would prefer them over Brawn anytime.
Hamilton, Trulli and Glock all did terrific job, unfortunately Trulli got +25sec penalty and dropped down.
Ferrari's were a dissapointment.
As a McLaren fan though, I must be pleased with the result of Ham. Hope he can win some races when the series returns to Europe. :p

Lewis Hamilton was excluded from the Oz GP final Result! As a result also, Jarno Trulli has received third place. Here's a link:

Hamilton Excluded from Australian GP Result (http://www.itv-f1.com/News_Article.aspx?id=45424)

It's kind of a startling development, but it appears that McLaren somewhat saw this coming.

Well, that was one of the strangest GP's that I have ever seen. Drivers were constantly guessing wrong about which tyre to use as the rain began and then intensified. The race had to be red flagged and ultimately called less than 75% of the way through the race, so the race only yielded half points. Seriously, 6th place scored 1.5 points. But good for Jenson and good for Brawn. Numerology has dictated that every season in which a driver has won the first two consecutive races has gone on to win the championship. It's shaping up well for him.

I can't say the same for Ferrari and McLaren.

Yeah I like Hamilton too, but Brawn, Williams and Red Bull have run away with the early season Asian races.

They aren't good enough for Formula 1 this year. You already asked about that months ago.
