Better than 'Oldenpolynice's' ridiculous list.

Tyrus Thomas is at #12. Where's Bustiani?

Tulanehockey
01-14-2009, 10:37 AM
Tyrus is actually 13. Leave it to Fox sports to have two number tens...

Draco

Actually it looks like this list is for players 22 and under. Which explains why Bargnani isn't on it.

LOL. That list doesn't have Al Jefferson.

"Fantasy Lab's top 25 keepers who are 22 years old and younger."

Yeah, 22 and under only.

Tulanehockey

Makes a good point about Al Thorton, he's 25.

Tulanehockey
01-14-2009, 11:15 AM

jeter4president
01-14-2009, 11:17 AM

01-14-2009, 12:22 PM
would drop beasley and westbrook to around the 15 area, so lopez, gay, horford and oden can move up. might even put them ahead of rondo, i think those are 3 future dominant big men and gay is going to be great with mayo. other than that i like the list.

Thread titled "25 best young NBA players" Isn't 25 young?

Makes a good point about Al Thorton, he's 25.

That's why I brought this up. ;)

EDIT: (It's Horford.... Not Thorton....) Now I see.

I agree

Im not a big fan of Mayo, but in terms of fantasy value he could easily be number 1 even, and at the lowest number 3. I dont get this list.

Beasley is a little bit low IMO... He doesn't get enough playing time because of Marion, I have no doubt that he would be doing much better numbers then those average which he has now.

i think thaddeus young should be above tyrus thomas at least

bleedprple&gold

Maybe the potential of Brook Lopez and Rudy Gay is just so close that they tied...lol j/k I know its a typo because they actually have 26 players listed instead of 25 like they think

Sixerlover

Thad should be above Tyrus, but some exposure is better than none.

Better than 'Oldenpolynice's' ridiculous list.

It's completely different. This guy from SI approaches it from strictly a fantasy perspective and only includes players under age 22. Also, he's projecting for the future (which players are keepers for years to come). Our list is just for this season (not seasons in the future).

http://www.davissportsdeli.com/Top%2025%20Under%2025%201-6-09%2012th%20Edition.html

Also, our list doesn't have two #10's on it. C'mon SI...

Too low? I think Beasley's too high. I'd take Westbrook and B. Lopez over him at this point.

I mean you can argue playing time until you're blue in the face but 10 points 8 boards and 2 blocks is good for a rookie center. And he is two games removed from that monster 31 and 13 night.

He's right, but Beez isn't getting the right PT, so anything is possible. His position is fine

mavwar53

Biedrins finally getting some respect, but what about anthony randolph, this kid works his *** off trying to dunk every rebound back he is 6"10 with handles and a decent shot he will be the next KG without taking shots at all the little gaurds. He will have a better driving game than KG had but his post moves may not be as good as KG's.

i was about to question this list, but its based on FANTASY.
that changes everything. Dwight Howard is ranked 52nd on the Fantasy list according to Yahoo.

:eyebrow:

You can look silly all you want but Stuckey has been nothing short of a monster since he entered the starting lineup. He carried his team while Rip and Sheed were down and they are WINNING because of him. Its funny that the argument in the franchise between who to bench is between Iverson and Rip...and not the 2nd year guard. Stuckey is better than Rose right now w/o question.
