I agree with the title but not with the content of the first thread, but I think I'd like to see stuckey in the ASG over Iverson.

I wouldn't say best PG in the NBA, that's stretching it.

 he has the potential to be the best in the future but definitely not ATM

PPG
13.5
RPG
3.20
APG
5.1
EFF
+ 14.47

Those are his stats, granted he has only started a handful of games. There are other point guards in the East that have way better numbers, Devin Harris, Rondo, Mike Bibby, Andre Miller, Jose Calderon. And to say hes is the best point guard in the NBA is stupid. Maybe best up and coming young Point Guard

Dwayne Wade, Derrick Rose, Jameer Nelson, Joe Johnson, Devin Harris, Vince Carter, and Mo Williams all deserve to go to the All-Star game more than Rodney Stuckey. There are a couple of PG's on that list, btw.

hmmm... it is hard to argue with his logic though.

agree and agree...i love stuckey and hes one of my fav. players but hes definately not the 2nd best pg in the nba...maybe...maybe top 10 right now but even that im not sure....hes just played so little so far in his career he needs more time but it looks lik one day hell be an year-to-year all star.

im not sure if hes good enough to make the ASG this year cuz theres a lot of guys that deserve it...but i think he deserves it more then his teammate AI who appears to be in line for a starting spot.

And I think I might be inclined to agree with you that Brian Scalabrine is in fact the top dog in the 2010 Free Agency...:p

I think that's stretching it. And this is coming from a Pistons fan. Stuckey has already shown that he's going to be an outstanding player in this league. He can attack the rim as well as any player in the league, he's a solid defender, and he has the intangibles that you look for in a franchise player. But I can't see him becoming a better player then Chris Paul. And that isn't a knock on Stuckey. Paul has already shown that he has the potential to be an historically good player, and that's a level I don't see Stuckey reaching.

17.8 PPG, 3.8 RPG, 6.0 APG 50.5 FG%, 50% 3P% as a starter.

He's been taking too many shots since Rip's been out though. He deserves to start more than AI does, but I don't think either of them deserve to be in it this year.

If he continues to play with consistency and with a high level, then he's got a chance. Other possible all-star considerations this year include rajon rondo of the celtics and lamarcus aldridge of the portland trail blazers.

By the way, there's this new scoop in the nba about the assumption of don nelson of the general managership from chris mullin of the golden state warriors. Timely that I saw a past photo of the shaking hands (http://www.pixisnap.com/users/view_snap/20090107275410564) in a mosaic fashion. Interesting right? Check it out.

Look at his Draft Pick. Look at his trades..
Moron is awful. He just sucks.
