Foye blocking Mayo is awesome. Foye has a block like the past 3 games doesn't he?

IowaAJ
01-06-2009, 11:30 PM

IowaAJ
01-06-2009, 11:31 PM
Yeah I think he might because he blocked Gordons 3 vs the Bulls and I don't know if he got one vs the Warriors.

Who needs a center when we have Manute Foye!

IowaAJ
01-06-2009, 11:36 PM
yeah that was awesome when he made that 3 and then to Block Mayo I thought he had a wide open layup and he just stuffed it.

I think it just means Foye has to play SG and my Harden dream is dead for two reasons we won't be high enough and he really shouldn't run an offense. It is showing Telfair REALLY needs scorers around him to be effective.

I really didn't see much except the 4th quarter tonight how did we play the whole game?

Foye was awsome tonight, which brings me to the idea of drafting Jrue over Harden, since as you guys said above, Foye can be a decent shooting guard in the league.

Jwin and I have mentioned jrue a few times...but would Harden be able to play point is a question that should be asked. (I see the responses coming now)

We have Telfair. He's been playing pretty good since Ollie went down.

I love Bassy and think he is a starter in this league, I just don't think that he sould start next to a 6'3" Foye. We need a big PG to start if we are thinking of keeping Foye at the 2, and he has to be a good defender also. I still like Jennings though, he's 6'1" but he can dunck like a mofo, so that makes up for a couple of inches in my opinion.
