View Full Version : Best Looking Arena

Got this idea elsewhere.

What arena is the best looking arena in the league, not your favorite, but rather the best looking arena.

I'd personally say that the United Center, Boston Garden and America West Arena in Phoenix are the three best in no particular order.

On the contrary, I can't really stand looking at Cleveland's floor or Portland's floor for some reason.

being in milwaukee its a dump where people exchange drugs(not me) and sneak alchol in the only thing its good for is getting autographs because the guys who play feel so bad that we have had the bucks over the years. Even when i yelled kobe im a bucks fan please can you sign he said yes no problem and signed for my and my bro.!

Hopefully when herb kohl dies his boyfriend makes a new arena

Yeah, I just find it hard to follow some games if the team is bad and the court looks horrible.

I love the phoenix suns court even though I'm a fan. But I hate watching them play in utah, memphis, millwauke, oklahoma, miami, orlando, the L.A clippers court, new orleans it just makes it seem like its boring but when its in phoenix, L.A, boston, or clevland it just makes it seem more lively.

I can tell you Arco arena is the UGLIEST piece of crap I've ever seen in my life. Seriously, the place looks like an office building with a Walmart parking lot.

In terms of best looking, I'd say Staples but that sounds extremely bias. But c'mon, glass windows with a smoking balcony right by the letters "Staples" where you can get a view of Los Angeles from the top (although I've heard they closed that balcony down?) and surrounded by taco trucks for your after meal needs? the "lights out" mode at Laker games is just cherry on top; I can no longer enjoy any basketball games that doesn't have that viewing.

Outside of Lakers, I tip my hat to MSG, which is just an American classic.

Everything beyond the court at ARCO is garbage.

The UC is nice and I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually like the Lakers court. I hate the colors obviously but the lights on the court only and the way it's dark in the stands gives it gives it a Hollywood feel.

Target Center is pretty cool, except for the whole part about the wolves playing there.

I've been watching a lot of old bulls games lately, and I would have loved to have gone to the old Chicago Stadium. My dad went to a few Bulls games there, and he said it was an absolutely awesome place to see a game.

For the record, I didn't mean any disrespect to the fans or the franchise by the way! Still saw passionate fans there when I went and I have to say, you guys deserve better.

I read earlier in the year that Maloof brothers spent lot of money to improve the arena. I was curious, what did they do exactly?

I don't know if you just mean the design of the court itself, but the arena itself is beyond outdated. When I saw the Lakers play there last season I couldn't stop thinking about how crappy the place was compared to the other arenas I've been to.

On another note, Arco sucks too. Very outdated also but when the team was rockin' a few years back the crowd was great. Even before when they always sucked the crowd was good. Now they have priced alot of fans out so they don't even regularly sell-out anymore. It's too bad.
