With the Cavs and Celtics losing tonight they both have joined the Lakers as the only teams with 5 losses. Orlando has 7 losses currently

Boston 28-5
Cleveland 26-5
LA Lakers 25-5
Orlando 24-7

Who will end up with the best record?

NOTE: This is different from the other thread.

I'll go with the Celtics.

it can really go anyway with the lakers and celtics being that dominate in their respective conferences. Cavs and magic are two great up and coming..... well not really up and coming as they are now elite teams but at the end i expect it to come down to the lakers or the celtics.

Lakers...they have so much depth and PJ teams generally get stronger as the season goes.

Lakers. The fact that 3 of the 4 teams are East teams, those 3 teams will beat up on eachother abit and the Lakers will eventually pull out for the best record.

I still think Boston will do it. I wouldn't be suprised if the lakers do it thought since boston has a tougher road and the lakers are good.

Cleveland's record is a mirage
it's between Boston and L.A. and it's gonna be close.
toss up IMO

this is really difficult. Both the Lakers and Celtics have shown that they can lose a few games in a row, due to a bad stretch. Although it will come down to the difference between a few games, the record won't really indicate the best team.

I think the Cavs. I think they feel they'll need it the most, and will make a push for it....

I say Cleveland. But, UTAH would have gotten it if Boozer, Williams, Okur, Kirilenko, Knight and Millsap didn't miss significant time. Utah is still 19-14 despite not having the original planned starting line up play ONCE all season.

It's between Lakers and Celts in my opinion but most likely Lakers because those East teams will face each other more and damage each other's record.

I'll go with celtics only because besides cavs and hawks no other team in East can compete against them but in West there is spurs denver portland houstan hornets can compete against lakers.
