I strayed away from some international players with a large American connections: guys like Horford, Deng, Gordon who played high school ball in America. Tim Duncan is another choice as well but heck he played for the USA team.

It's arguable in what order they would go, but I think the guys I have in my top 7, are definetly the correct top 7. Maybe not in that order, but those are the top 7 pretty clearly to me.
