"The schedule is kinda in our favor," D'Antoni said. "Now we have to make up some ground. And if we do that, we'll have a good shot. This next month and a half is going to be a telling point."

Guys, this coach is really a believer.

How about...NOoooo

we've beaten most of the teams we should beat and just went through a rough stretch of games where we should have lost most of them, the next month will definately show us where we really are

please get your mind out of the past and actually watch some games (barkleys tnt halftime analysis doesnt count) before you judge them.

I hope we do and I think we will.
We can if we can learn how to close out games.
And stop playing down to our potential against crappy teams.

Who do you see them overtaking?

It doesn't matter if we do or don't.

We need another guard and/or an athletic big man. I'm sure Walsh will make a move to secure one by the trading deadline. If that happens OR we get Gallo into the lineup and get him some meaningful minutes anything's possible.

It's deff a possibility

It's def. not as ridiculous and the tc would make it seem.

YE$ hussi is the tie breaker

I think Curry will be the X-factor deciding that though

Well I voted no but that doesn't mean they don't have a chance. I think they will make a move at the trade deadline to get Raja Bell and Boris Diaw out of Charlotte then D'antoni has two more guys that know his system here, to make the playoffs in the east as a 7th or 8th seed they really only need to play .500 ball and they only 5 under right now, so they aren't to far outside at this point, if they do make it it will be because they make another trade, if they fail to make a trade I say they have no chance with the roster they are using right now.

NY needs a finisher. That would save them a few games they will lose because they are unable to put a team away...
This is just like how the Suns were in 05-06 when Amare was out for the season (mostly). We lost a ton of games because we had no one who could step up.

The Knicks are in the running right now and I don't know who's better than them that could keep them out, if not at least contending till the end.

I think the plan is for Coach D to play Curry, make him look good, then deal him.

Isaiah Thomas said the Knicks would win a NBA Championship:speechless: So they could make the playoffs:) its like making the phonebook:rolleyes:

He's just saying that to not scare Lebron away and show him that they aren't just another lottery team.

12-23-2008, 02:24 PM
They are 2 games out right now, are missing 3 rotation players and have played with 7 guys for more than 10 games.

Is it really that crazy at this point?
