Didn't see this game so I don't know if Minnesota can be considered a threat in the Big Ten but it's definitely a resume builder for Tubby's squad.

Pretty good day for the Big Ten so far. OSU/Minn remain undefeated, MSU beat #5 Texas and Purdue has a solid lead on Davidson.

Big 10 is looking good this year. Minnesota will definitely be one of those "bubble" teams in the Big 10 this year, I've watched them play a few times. They might be able to get themselves into the tournament.

Obviously I'm a homer, but I definitely think we have a shot at making the tournament this year.

We have a very good defense, but our offense has problems sometimes, and besides Louisville, we've had a very easy non-conference schedule, so the 10-0 record so far is kind of misleading, but still impressive IMO.

I'm pretty excited for Big-10 play to start up.

Good for Tubby and the Minnesota program. They are back in the right direction.

I think we should easily make the tourney this year. We just missed out on it last year and we are a lot better team this year than we were last year.

I don't know about that. OSU "almost" made the tournament. I agree Minn. is much better this year though.

I think we have a good shot of making the tournament. Only thing that sucks is that the selection committee usually only will let in 4, maybe 5 Big-10 teams into the tournament, unless they have more ranked teams.

True, however, if you look at how many B10 teams have beaten ranked teams in non-conference play...they may be willing to stretch their bounds on that one.

-OSU has beaten 2 ranked teams
-Michigan has beaten 2 ranked teams
-MSU has beaten 1 ranked team
-Purdue has beaten 1 ranked team (and if the OU overtime game counts for anything...)
-Minnesota has beaten 1 ranked team
-Wisconsin seems strong enough to get into the tournament
-I also would not completely count Illinois out yet either
