Andrew Bynum has pain and inflammation in his right foot as a result of a small bone spur that chipped off during the game Tuesday night against New Jersey. MRI and CT examinations showed the injury, which has the Lakers considering Bynum day-to-day. More information is expected Friday before the game against Dallas.

It doesn't say he will miss time, but if I am the Lakers I would make sure he gets healthy. Worst thing to do is to let him play and then he goes down in January/February and is out the rest of the year.

Relax. Don't blow this out of proportion. DAY TO DAY

They'll make sure he is healthy, look at last year for example.....

we'll be fine without him for a few days, we can handle it for now.

Anyone else starting to think we have another injury prone bigman in the league! Has he played a full season yet?

Damn. Yeah hopefully him and the Lakers take their time with this. Like someone said earlier, we're better off with him missing some time now rather than later. We proved last season that we can play without him for a while.

bone spurs arent that bad, my favorite soccer player over here John Terry played for over a season with one, didnt do him any harm...though he had to have an operation exentually

That's terrible for the Lakers. I would let him rest and get this healthy so that he doesn't try to keep playing with this and make it even more serious.
