Not even one month into their debut season in Oklahoma City, the Thunder are already onto their second coach, but it is not right to lay all the blame for the Thunder's 1-12 record at the feet of former coach P.J. Carlesimo, guard Earl Watson told The Oklahoman.

“Everyone failed, not just P.J. So you wish the best for him. You wish you could have done a lot more to help him,” said Watson.

Yea PJ was just given a team with nothing to really work with. Doesn't matter if it were Phil Jackson coaching them, they aren't gonna win until they grow and get more experience.

They should find a young coach who can inspire the team for now. A transitional coach like Bernie Bickerstaff was for Charlotte.
