So...Purdue could play Davidson twice this year? Wierd. You won't have to worry about possibly playing Davidson but Griffin is a beast. He put up 25 pts, 21 reb tonight.

3 game averages: 23 ppg, 19.3 rpg

Yeah I saw the game...OU looked pretty good...

We gotta get through BC first though if we're going to see OU (I think they'll beat UAB)

It looks like Blake Griffin made a good decision about coming back to school for another year. Last year, he was projected as a top 10 pick, and coming back to school should only improve his stock. Reason being, the extra year in College will REALLY help him improve his game (mainly in the post), and I wouldn't be surprised if he's the #1 pick in next years NBA draft.

It'll be a tough game. We need to shoot better than 33% (tonight's number) from beyond the arc if we want to win. Overall I wasn't too happy with the way Purdue played, especially toward the end of the game when we almost blew a 20 point lead.

This is a classic team vs. stud battle in the Purdue-Oklahoma game. While the Sooners obviously have some talent around Griffin, if the Boilermakers can shut him down, I like their chances. Purdue should probably go to a zone, clog the lane and make Oklahoma knock down some outside jump shots.

I'm going to disagree a bit. If Purdue can shut down everyone but Griffin, we'll be fine. He can't beat us alone.

Either way I think (and hope) this will be a good, close game.

Anyone that was un-biased watching this game think the officiating was awful?

Yeah, I heard Oklahoma out shot Purdue at the line by like 40 shots. Pretty ridiculous.

Something like 45 to 5 shots. Now I knew there would be a big margin before the game even started since OU is an inside team and we are not, but there were a LOT of calls we just didn't get. The one that sticks in my mind the most is that last play of regulation where Moore drove to the basket, got knocked on the forearm and the ball was stripped. No call. That would have been game over for OU if the foul was called.
