:laugh2:

seriously...it is like an every game event for them to blow the lead in the 4th.

they could be up by 30 points going into the 4th and I would still have doubts on them winning the game.

remember way back when shaq and the lakers came back from 27 down in the 4th to win the game

They look absolutely abysmal right now. Too much talent to count them out less than 10 games in, but they're in trouble. Cuban must simply be beside himself

YES...I do remember that

that was like 4-5 years ago right???

I thought we broke a record or something that night...

Funny, because we beat them today coming from 10+ down in the 4th.

You guys have talent but it doesn't mesh together for some reason.

trade dirk for hinrich, gordon and thomas. then trade kidd for biedrins, bellineli. now the mavs have hinrich-gordon-howard-tyrus-biedrins and terry-bellineli-green-stack-dampier-etc. off the bench

A ton of talent, and the team is totally healthy. Its mind boggling.

Like Prime Time said, its almost funny though now. It doesnt piss me off anymore because years of them dissapointing me has made me not care as much.

trade dirk for hinrich, gordon and thomas.

I'd do that deal.

BlondeBomber41
11-15-2008, 02:31 AM
I'd do that deal.

Of course you would. Any Bulls fan would. A MVP Caliber big man in his prime for a excess PG in Hinrich, a undersized SG who cant play defense, and a PF who hasnt lived up to his draft status at all. Would be a steal.

It would take at least two first round picks to consider a deal also... seeing that the Mavs gave up two first rounders in the Kidd deal.

PhillySportFan

I'd do that deal.

Sarcasm? If you think that, you must think very little of Dirk, who has some traits not many 7's have. I would love to see Dirk with a different set of people.

The Warriors front office isn't stupid. They would never go for Kidd at this point in his career. Also, the Warriors gave Biedrins a 6 year deal for 54 mil(62 with incentives) for a reason and that reason is that he remains a Warrior. Bellineli was brought in to be a sharp shooter and he has been doing alright when he has gotten extended playing time. The Warriors FO would be asking for another 12 years of no playoffs if they went through with a trade like this.

I hope a trade involving Diop/Stack/Howard is upcoming.

I'd do that deal.

I'd actually trade Hinrich, Gordon, Nocioni, and Thomas for Dirk and Stackhouse.

dallas will be fine with everyone's healthy, they'll make their run as soon as they get used to the new system.
without josh howard, their 2nd option is jason terry, and 3rd option is like antoine wright/barea. that's just bad.
i honestly don't understand why they're not playing jerry stackhouse.

I've been saying that for a long time man, people are forgetting that the Mavs have a new coach and also a new system to learn but people whon't give them time to learn it, Josh is important to this team just like Dirk is and when Josh is not playing Dirk is the only go to guy out there, as for Stack...he's hurt but yet he still want's to play, Stack does nothing to help this team when he is hurt but when he's healthy he still can contribute.

If Josh Howard doesn't work out, I'd trade him.

Dirk is supposed to be their leader... the guy needs some more fire/killer instinct.

I don't think he'll ever be the player to put his team on his back and lead them anywhere.

I'd actually trade Hinrich, Gordon, Nocioni, and Thomas for Dirk and Stackhouse.

I wouldn't mind that.

Rose/Hunter/Hughes
Stackhouse/Thabo
Deng/Tyrus
Dirk/Gooden
Noah/Gray

Be a Wolves fan. Please. It's like I delivered a baby, and you had a cut on your arm to spell out the difference. You don't know suffering until you are a Wolves, Clippers, Hawks, fan, etc, get my drift?

sure, but at what point are you sick of being that team, that put up a good fight against a team missing its best player, and Williams sucked the entire floor up, and you still lose at home??

I can't recall the Mav's ever winning a game that mattered. It's like they just stink in crunch time. They need to grow some hair on their balls!

Dude I can't say I know what it is like... The Jazz have not won a championship but they really haven't had any really really down years if you get what I mean. But I have to give you credit for still being a fan though man.

This thread is :bs:...it took the Spurs 2 overtimes to beat the Mavericks without Josh Howard and people want to talk about they "choked" man please, doesn't anybody think if the Mavs would have "choked it would have been at the end of the 4th quarter then at the end of a double overtime game?...think about it before you start to bash the Mavs as usual.

I know you made this thread and everything, but the bumping of old threads that have run their course and dropped off is not acceptable at PSD. (Unless, that is, there's a legitimate reason for doing so, such as checking back on a predictions thread or something).

-----------------------------------------

Memo to everybody:

If you want to discuss games currently being played, you need to use the main game thread in the NBA forum or the individual game threads in the team forums.

Thank you.
