At first glance, this trade proposal will look lopsided, but after you read the explanation, it actually works out well for both teams. This trade can't happen until after December 15th either since one of the trade principals were just signed.

Golden State sends Al Harrington, Marcus Williams and Corey Maggette to the Cavaliers for Wally Szczerbiak, Aleksander Pavlovic, and a future first round pick.

For Cleveland: They get some players that can get into the starting line up with Lebron and give him much needed scoring help. You would see Lebron's assists total go up and could probably average closer to a triple double with Harrington and Maggette shooting the ball. Williams, if given a chance, can prove to be a serviceable back up guard to Mo Williams.

Line up

PG Mo Williams - Gibson - Marcus Williams
SG James - West
SF Maggette - Harrington
PF Wallace - Varejao - Mbah a Moute
C Ilgauskas - Kaun

For the Warriors: This is a straight salary dump. Szczerbiak's $13M off the books is more valueable than any player that they can get for Harrington at this point. I compare this trade to the one where the Hornets traded Baron Davis to the Warriors for Speedy Claxton and Dale Davis which paved the way for them to take Chris Paul in the draft and gave them money to extend David West. The Warriors need to develop Anthony Randolph who has shown flashes of great potential early on in the season. With Ellis' and Biedrin's contract kicking in at full next Summer, they'll need as much financial relief as they can to stay under the luxury tax. We all know how important that is to owner, Chris Cohan, who traded away Richardson to avoid the luxury tax just 2 years ago. Remember they'll be adding another first round pick they'll have to sign as well. This sets them up for the future.

Line up:

PG Ellis - Watson
SG Jackson - Belinelli - Morrow
SF Randolph - Azubuike - Szczerbiak
PF Wright - Turiaf
C Biedrins - Kurz

There would need to be multiple picks going to the Warriors and they'd have to be giving up on this season.
