Normally, I would pick the Spurs without question. I just have to take into consideration they will be on a back to back with an older squad and severly under manned. Timmy just might go for 35 15 and 4 blocks so you never know

A lot of good games tomorrow man!

Unbeaten teams are tested

LA @ NO
ATL @ BOS

I'm going for LA, and ATL of course.

HOU @ PHX would be great too. No predictions on this one.

If they can hold down McGrady and Artest like the Lakers did, it shouldn't be too much of a problem for teh Suns.

What a suprise, every Laker fan picks them to win at N.O.. This is going to be a big game and I will be there, very suprised that ESPN is not broadcasting the game though. Seems like the ratings would be high for it.

What do you expect us to pick? In our forum, most know this will be the toughest game of the season. But they are 6-0 and it would be blasphemy to pick against them. Would you pick against your Hornets?

And I agree, this game needs to replace the Blazers and Heat game. Why ESPN didnt pick it up is baffling

Beasley/Oden. Just like Xmas last year with Durant and what woulda been Oden had he been healthy.

Oden returns tonite tho.

Thats true. I always forget about Oden. Its a good game. I love to watch D Wade play. So its not a total loss. But I think more people need to see Chris Paul play. He is awesome

And in a turn of events, the Suns fly out to LA and challenge the Clippers to a match for the Intercontinental title. In a stunning upset, the Kings, feeling left out, or as Brad Miller put it... "Dissed", hit the Suns and Clippers with a steel chair and get the controversal win.

Still though, I might watch a few min of the game just to see how Oden looks.
I'd much rather see a potential WCF matchup in LA/N.O. instead.

I really wish the Hawks-Celtics game was on national T.V..that will be a true test for the Hawks, who have already beaten very good teams, but @Boston is as hard as it gets. I expect them to lose their first game, but it will be close..they are 2-0 without Josh Smith, but I think they miss him tonight.

Only two teams have a chance to stop the Lakers out west and they are Houston and the Suns.

Houston just needs everyone back though (they need Battier and they need Mutombo). The Suns I think can deal with them with the bench they have. But I am not sold on their defense.

thapharcyd
11-12-2008, 10:36 PM

well sorry to other teams, but i think its clear that the Celtics and Lakers are the best teams by far this year. The Celtics dont even play half the game and they have only lost once. the Lakers are crushing everyone in their path.

look i know a lot of ppl like to make safe assumptions on these boards, but wats the fun in that? i dont like LA, but i cant see anyone in the west beating them. as long as their healthy.

so the Celtics almost lost to the hawks, your point? we lost 3 games to them in a 7 game series and killed LA. its the regular season, its long, its brutal, and u gotta pace yourself. and when your the champs, u get every teams BEST punch and u gotta respond.

anyways lets play the season out, its more fun that way.

btw just to throw this in. STOP hating on Pierce, if i can appreciate Kobe and his game, i dk how can just say Pierce sucks after the way he shows time and time again how clutch he is.

Nah, but you will see Kobe ***** and moan for an entire summer, asking to be traded, then changing his mind, then changing his mind again until the management puts better players around him.

Pierce, on the other hand, put up with shoddy Celtics management for his first 9 seasons. Without complaining, mind you.
