oe Scarborough is one of the few people on MSNBC who are even remotely watchable, in fact he’s kind of awesome, and today awesome got awesomer as he blurted out "****" on live national television. I'm sure Keith Olberman is prepping his somber apology and practicing his righteous indignation in the mirror as we speak, that is if he’s done paying off last night’s hooker (worst kept secret in New York).

Joe seemingly meant to say "F you" but instead said "**** you". I sometimes say the wrong thing too. Like the other day, one of the models told me she was pregnant, and instead of saying, "it's okay I'm here for you maybe we should get married", I said "OH MY GOD what's that behind you" then ran away and moved to another town.

I don't really care about any of these anchors, but from an objective view, right when it happens, he tries to play it off like it didn't happen (since it was obviously an accident), and the other anchors/guests/whoever make little noises and jokes in the background trying to bring attention to it, that's pretty unprofessional.

That's a fine isn't it? Or is MSNBC not part of the FCC rules. I have no idea how to find out which networks are and aren't subject to fines for that

big deal... he'll get a slap on the wrist. MSNBC will get a slap on the wrist. Three days later nobody will remember this even happened.

Actually, we're in between a rule change within the FCC. MSNBC probably won't get anything.

I heard it this morning, too. Funny stuff. I like watching Joe and Mika.

I would imagine it caught everybody else off guard, that's why the giggling and jokes.

Yeah, everyone forgot it happened after ESPN fired that woman for saying "what the ****" on a live SC broadcast.

I think he honestly didn't realize he said "**** you" and not "eff you", which probably just goes to show he probably is in the habit of dropping some f-bombs when he's off camera.

I just think it's funny, though. I love the reactions. Still doesn't beat "nice melons", though.

If they did that more often, I might watch news.

As for the FCC....**** 'em if they can't take a joke.
